Abstract

塑膠製品業是勞力密集產業之一,人力充足與否攸關公司營運績效,尤其優質人力資源的取得與維持,對組織能否永續發展的影響更具關鍵。因此,影響員工留任意願的相關課題,對於企業營運而言至關重要。本研究主旨在探討我國塑膠製品業員工工作價值觀對其留任意願的影響,並以組織承諾為中介變項。本研究採用線上問卷進行資料蒐集,共回收254份有效問卷,所蒐集之資料採用敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、信度分析、相關分析、階層迴歸分析進行統計分析,主要獲得研究結果如下:(1)工作價值觀與組織承諾呈顯著正相關;(2)組織承諾與留任意願呈顯著正相關;(3)工作價值觀與留任意願呈顯著正相關;(4)組織承諾在工作價值觀和留任之間具有完全的中介作用。本研究的結果和建議,可提供後續研究和我國塑膠製品業實務運作的重要參考。
The plastics industry is one of the labor-intensive industries. The adequacy of manpower is critical to the company's operational performance. In particular, the acquisition and maintenance of high-quality human resources has a more critical impact on the sustainable development of the organization. Therefore, related issues that affect employees' willingness to stay are crucial to business operations. The main purpose of this study is to explore the influence of the work values of employees in my country's plastic products industry on their willingness to stay, with organizational commitment as the mediating variable. In this study, an online questionnaire survey was used to collect data, and a total of 254 valid questionnaires were collected. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. ,The main findings are as follows: (1) There is a significant positive correlation between work values and organizational commitment; (2) There is a significant positive correlation between organizational commitment and retention intention; (3) There is a significant positive correlation between work values and retention intention; (4) Organizational commitment is a complete mediator between work values and retention intention.
