以「功能分析法」檢核汽車板金專業能力之研究

Abstract

中文摘要 本研究以「功能分析法」發展汽車板金專業能力功能圖；並依「工作能力模式」組成要素檢核汽車板金專業能力功能圖以為發展專業能力檢核架構之參考依據。具體之研究目的為：一、以「功能分析法」發展汽車板金專業能力功能圖。二、發展汽車板金「工作能力模式」組成要素之間交互檢核表。三、進行「工作能力模式」對汽車板金專業能力功能圖之檢核。 本研究分析之主要結論如下： 一、以「功能分析法」發展之汽車板金專業能力功能圖，其中包含一項關鍵目的、三項主要功能、九項次要功能以及三十四項功能單元。由汽車板金專業能力功能圖發現能力需求所涵蓋的層面較廣泛，其中包含技術期望能力、管理偶發事件能力、管理不同工作活動能力以及管理工作環境介面能力。 二、由汽車板金「工作能力模式」組成要素之間交互檢核及「工作能力模式」對汽車板金功能圖次要功能的檢核結果獲得，符合職場實際專業能力需求，而且以「功能分析法」進行能力分析所獲得的職場專業能力能符合「工作角色」期望，不止注重目前專業能力需求外，還可以考量未來的發展趨勢。 三、由發展之汽車板金專業能力功能圖可發現，汽車板金修理業的職場轉變，已經由傳統的「技術業」轉型為「技術服務業」並注重「規劃分析工作流程」、「工具設備的影響」、「服務顧客需求」、「工作品質」、「預知危機處理能力」等範疇。 最後本研究針對以「功能分析法」發展之汽車板金專業能力對技職教育、職業訓練及汽車板金修理業等提出建議。 關鍵字：功能分析法、工作能力模式、專業能力、汽車板金、 功能圖Abstract It's to develop professional capability functional map of Auto Body Repairing by “Functional Analysis” According to the components of ”The Job Competence Model” to evaluate and assess professional capability functions as the standard framework. The research is mainly to develop the professional capability function map for Auto Body Repair, then to build up a mutual checklist for the components of “The Job Competence Model” for Auto Body Repairing, and finally to create an evaluation checklist on professional capability function map for Auto Body Repairing. The main conclusions are: 1. The professional capability function map for Auto Body Repairing developed by “Functional Analysis” includes one important purpose, three main functions, nine secondary functions and thirty-four functional units. The function map tells that the professional capabilities are multiple and broad, which include professional technical expectations and managing contingencies, to managing different work activities and to managing the interface with the work environments. 2. The above two checklists tells that people who could conform the needs to the professional capabilities in real work would get a longer life cycle for professional capability analyzed by ”Functional Analysis”, which could not only attach importance to the present needs to professional capabilities but also consider the future developing tendency. 3. The professional capability function map for Auto Body Repairing tells that the Auto Body Repairing enterprises have been transformed from traditional ”technique enterprises” to “technical service enterprises”. Finally this study proposes some suggestions for technical education and professional training on professional capabilities analyzed by “Functional Analysis” and also for Auto Body Repairing enterprises.
