zh_TW
The purpose of this study is to investigate students’ view of current withdrawal mechanism. Also, this study aims at understanding how student rights are protected through a string of supporting measures included information transferring, discussion participating, student resettling and follow-up guidance. The method used in this qualitative research is known as interview method. This study applied purposive sampling and snowball sampling to interview students in closed schools. After analyzing and summarizing, the researcher offers suggestions on the law of withdrawal mechanism and the supporting measures from the perspective of students for further enactment and research. The conclusions of the study are as follows:1. As to the information transferring and discussion participating in the withdrawal process, students consider the announcement is hasty and information is not complete. Thus, they hope that Ministry of Education and school authorities could build a government website to provide easy access to the information about private universities and colleges withdrawal.2. As to the protection of students' right to education when the university has stopped recruitment, students value graduation on time. Also, they pay attention to whether elective subjects are consistent to their major. If not, some students believe that it could violate their right to education. 3. As to student resettling, students accept taking classes outside the closed school or transferring to another college. However, most students still claim that graduating from the closed school is the best way to protect their right to education. 4. As to the follow-up guidance after resettling, students care about credits waiver and transference. They consider Ministry of Education should establish a set of norms. In addition, students also deem the caring about their adaption from authorities as indispensable.en_US
