Abstract
本研究旨在探討彩虹愛家生命教育協會志工服務現況與影響志工參與志願服務之因素,為達研究目的,研究採用質性研究方法,針對協會北區五位服務超過三年以上的志工與三位內部機構人員,經過訪談、逐字稿的編碼與相關文件資料蒐集分析,得到以下結論:
一、志工參與動機單純,卻豐富生命散播溫暖。
二、彩虹愛家生命教育協會為志工階段發展提供多面向協助。
三、北區志工團隊組成方式不同,但核心理念相同。
四、志工因挑戰而成長,帶來生命教育的新契機。
五、生命教育機構之間需要有經驗分享的交流平台。
根據研究的結論,分別就「生命教育志工」、「志願服務機構」及「未來研究」等方面提出建議以供參考。
This study aims to explore the state of the volunteer workers in providing and the factors influencing their willingness in participating in the service in the Rainbow Family Life Education Association. For the sake of achieving investigation purpose, this study adopts qualitative research method to interview volunteers of the Association, 5 who have been working for more than three years and 3 internal personnel. The analysis of interview, coding of transcript, collection of relative documentary information shows the following conclusion: 1. They enrich life and spread warmness by participating in volunteer work with pure motivation. 2. The Rainbow Family Life Education Association provides multi-aspect assistant for development of various stages to volunteer workers. 3. The volunteer worker team of the North District has different organization mode but same core philosophy. 4. Volunteer workers develop themselves and new perspective for life education due to challenges. 5. Communication platform should be available for experience sharing among life education organizations. In terms of the study conclusions, suggestions for “volunteer worker for life education”, “organization for volunteer work”, and “future research” are proposed.
