中等學校實習教師教育實習輔導策略之研究

Abstract
本研究以實證的方式,就目前教育實習法規中,師資培育之大學及教育實習機構等,對於教育實習輔導中之平時輔導、巡迴輔導、諮詢輔導、通訊輔導、研習活動等為範圍,進行策略之探討。首先以蒐集並閱讀相關文獻,作為本研究發展的理論基礎;其次採取立意取樣方式,以國內509所中等學校實習教師、實習輔導教師及55所師資培育之大學的實習指導教師等為研究對象,透過問卷調查與訪問調查二種方式,瞭解目前實習教師的困擾問題及有關因應的實習輔導策略。經歸納各項研究發現,彙整出以下的研究結果,包括:一、師資培育之大學宜強化師資職前教育課程與職前訓練;二、教育實習機構(實習輔導教師)的平時輔導策略;三、師資培育之大學(實習指導教師)的巡迴輔導策略;四、教育實習機構(實習輔導教師)與師資培育之大學(實習指導教師)諮詢輔導的策略;五、師資培育之大學(實習指導教師)通訊輔導的策略;六、教育實習機構與師資培育之大學舉辦研習活動或進修的策略等。本研究最後並據研究結果,針對師資培育之大學、教育實習機構、立法者與主管教育行政機關等,具體提出有利於實習教師專業成長及對未來後續研究方向的建議。
This thesis applied the philosophy of positivism to analyze the strategies of teacher education universities and intern institutions within the Regulations of Internship, which are utilized when practicing internship in the areas of ordinary mentor, circuit mentor, consulting mentor, communicatingmentor, training activities and so on. First of all, literature reviews were used as the fundamental of this thesis. Secondly, the study used purposive sampling of intern teachers, intern master teachers and mentors from 509 secondary schools and 55 teacher education universities. By means of questionnaire and interview with respondents, the researcher explored difficulties of intern teachers and their corresponding strategies. Based on an inductive research approach, this study concluded with six key points, which show as following: first, teacher education universities should improved their educational and training courses; second, intern institutions’ (or mentors’) strategies of ordinary mentor; third, teacher education universities’ (or intern master teachers’) strategies of circuit mentor; forth, intern institutions’ (or mentors’) and teacher education universities’ (or intern master teachers’) strategies of consulting mentor; fifth, teacher education universities’ (or mentors’) strategies of communicating mentor; sixth, the training activities and continuing education held by teacher education universities. Finally, according to the research’s finding, the researcher proposed several suggestions, which contribute to the improvement of intern teachers in professional knowledge and technique and further research for teacher education universities, intern institutions, legislators and administrative institutions of education.
