dc.description.abstract本文探究資優教育教師跨領域專業社群之組織與運作,以分析如何於既定課程培養教師跨領域合作能力,同時整合各教師專業知能與各領域之依附關係及進行方式,進而提升彼此對不同領域的溝通與相互理解。此外,亦分析跨領域專業社群運作過程遭遇困難之處理方式,以提供資優班教師發展跨領域專業社群之參考。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThis paper explores the organization and operation of interdisciplinary professional community of gifted education teachers, in particular operation of the development of teachers’ skills for interdisciplinary collaboration within existing curricula, as well as the integration of specialized professional knowledgeand expertise in different profession fields to foster interdisciplinary mutual communication and understanding. Problem-solving efforts in interdisciplinary professional learning community are also analyzed for future reference.en_US
