層級分析法應用於臺灣園藝治療師專業能力指標之研究

Abstract
園藝治療自1980年引進臺灣,各地專業發展層次差異不同,本研究將以發展臺灣園藝治療師本土化專業能力指標為出發,進一步探討相關專業能力內涵與指標建構,並分析臺灣園藝治療師專業能力指標之相對權重及序位,期許做為實務與學術培養的重要參考依據。本研究透過文獻資料彙整為臺灣園藝治療師專業能力指標初稿,邀請國內14位專家學者形成研究小組,透過兩次專家學者座談會將初稿發展為修正式德菲法問卷,爾後進行三次通訊問卷調查,以評斷各項專業能力指標之適切性,依循每位專家學者填答資料採描述性統計,所得統計結果作為各項範疇、構面與指標調整與修改之依據,最終萃取出5大範疇,專業道德倫理與態度、園藝與園藝治療知能、專業服務管理、人類發展需求、治療服務程序,範疇中包含17項構面、74條指標。指標內容結果進一步邀請專家學者填答各範疇、構面與指標之相對權重評比,使用層級分析法進行統計分析、各項權重以及序位,獲得各指標項目重要性之結論。
園藝治療屬於提供特定對象個別化服務之專業輔助治療服務。未來研究可透過以本研究結果進行調查第一線實務工作之園藝治療師,用以檢核個人所具備之園藝治療專業能力,亦可針對園藝治療相關培訓、在職訓練單位之課程架構與內容進行細部比對。
This study started with the development of professional competence indicators of Taiwan horticultural therapists, further explore the relevant professional competence connotation and index construction, and analyze relative weight and order of the indicators of the professional competence of Taiwan horticultural therapists. This study is expected to serve as an important reference for practice and academic training. In this study, 14 experts and scholars were invited to form a research group. After the meeting of experts and scholars, the first draft was developed into a revised Modified Delphi Method questionnaire, to judge the appropriateness of various professional competence indicators. Follow the answers to use descriptive statistics; the results obtained are used as the basis for adjustment and revision of each indicator. This study results shows 5 categories, 17 facets and 74 indicators. Based on the results, used the analytic hierarchy process to obtain conclusions. Future research can be used to investigate the horticultural therapists who practice the work, to check the horticultural therapists expertise of the individual, and to compare the structure and content of the course.
