dc.description.abstract	我國資優教育的發展自民國62年實驗計畫起，迄今已邁入第三十五個年頭，其中資優生縮短修業年限方式，則始自民國71年。至今，雖然法令與政策歷經變動，在提供資優學生最少限制的教育環境與最大發展機會時，教師對此制度的態度乃是主導縮短修業年限成功與否的關鍵因素。本文旨在探討國內外教師對縮短修業年限的態度，並試圖勾勒出影響教師態度之因素，最後提供數點建議以供未來實施此制度之參考。	zh_tw
