dc.description.abstract北投市場是個關係著當地人的日常生活所需,也是社區間互相交流、彼此傳遞資訊的小型社會,多數會到傳統市場消費的居民,不單是因為生活在其周遭的「便利性」,也因為「人情味」與「社區性」而緊緊維繫著「人」與「地方」的關連。 透過這篇論文探討消費者的消費心態與購物型態,進而提出對於販售者的販賣方式經過日積月累有何進步之處,用「買賣」和「傳統市場」的關係來了解這個日常食物採買生活場域的演化與轉變,以及其對城市生活的社會與文化意涵,藉由深度訪談的方式,佐客觀的角度來探討傳統市場的現代消費型態。 本章分為三大主題探討,包括北投市場內與市場外圍攤販的生活差異、北投市場的消費型態與市場消費者的購買實踐,分置於第二、三、四章。以文獻考察法為研究基礎,佐文化人類學與考古學的「田野調查法」,也就是「直接觀察法」的實踐與應用,藉觀察與訪談蒐集資料,以求互補,俾使本文於學術研究領域得有貢獻。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe Beitou market is related to the daily needs of local people, community exchange each other to pass the small society of information, most will go to traditional markets consumer residents, not only because of "convenience" of living in its surrounding alsotightly to maintain because of the "human touch" and "community" connected "people" and "local". Through this paper of the consumer mentality and shopping patterns, and then asked the sell trafficking through over time in place of the progress to understand the relationship of the "sale" and "traditional market" daily food purchase life the evolution and transformation of the field and their impact on the social and cultural meaning of urban life, by the way of depth interviews, Junior objective point of view of the traditional markets of modern consumption patterns. This chapter is divided into three topics to explore, the Beitou market and the market life of the peripheral vendors difference within the the Beitou market consumption patterns. In addition, the market of consumers purchasing practices, points placed second, III and IV. Literature review, the rank and file of cultural anthropology and archeology fieldwork Act, is "directly observed" practice and application, through observation and interviews to collect information in order to complement each other, so that in this article in the academic research areas have contributed to.en_US
