探詢生態旅遊的創新實踐－以整全實踐開展金門古崗社區的永續行動

Abstract

永續理念的興起以及全球生態意識的覺醒為日益惡化的生態環境帶來一線𥌓光。各項生態永續活動中，生態旅遊是最受歡迎的形式之一。本研究目的在於探究古崗的社區發展歷程並進一步提出社區突破現況的策略，以及運用整全實踐的架構分析古崗社區的永續行動，進而以永續行動為基礎探詢生態旅遊的開展並提出行動方案。基於此，本研究的研究問題為：古崗社區如何整合旅遊資源與既有的在地永續行動來作為開展生態旅遊的基礎？古崗社區如何連結與協作以落實生態旅遊行動方案？古崗社區如何開展他們的生態旅遊行動方案？本研究採取詮釋典範與整全實踐典範的研究取徑，採用個案研究為本研究之研究方法，並運用文件分析、參與觀察、深度訪談等研究策略，以古崗社區既有的永續行動為基礎，探詢其可以如何開展成為生態旅遊行動方案。根據詮釋分析之結果，本研究的結論包括：缺乏有效整合機制與行銷平台是社區難以發展生態旅遊的主因、在地永續行動的長期性運作有賴於人力運用彈性機制的建立、擴大在地永續行動的跨域協作對象有助於突破社區發展現況、領導者的友善領導是社區成功轉型的關鍵。最後並提出給予古崗社區、公部門、學術界、後續研究者以及旅遊業者的建議。The rise of the concept of sustainability and the awakening of global ecological awareness have brought a glimmer of light to the deteriorating ecological environment. Among the various sustainable actions, ecotourism is one of the most popular forms. The purpose of this research is to explore the development history of Gugang community and further propose strategies for their breakthroughs. It also aims to apply the analytic framework of wholeness-praxis to explore the development of ecotourism in Gugang community and propose specific and feasible action plans. The research questions are: How can Gugang community integrate tourism resources and existing sustainable actions for developing ecotourism? How can Gugang community get interconnected and collaborative to implement ecotourism action plans? How can Gugang community develop more wholeness-praxis ecotourism action plans?This study adopts interpretive paradigm and wholeness-praxis paradigm as research approaches, and case study method with strategies such as document analysis, participatory observation, and in-depth interview. Based on the existing sustainable actions of Gugang community, this study inquires how these actions can be further developed into ecotourism action plans. Conclusions of this study are: the lack of an effective integration mechanism and marketing platform is the main obstacle for developing Gugang’s ecotourism; long-term operation of sustainable actions depends on establishing flexible mechanisms for better use of human resources; expanding interdisciplinary collaboration of sustainable actions helps to break through the status quo of community development; friendly leadership is the key to successful community transformation. Finally, this study proposes suggestions to the Gugang community, public sector, academia, follow-up researchers and tourism industry.
