教師研習對技術型高級中等學校製圖科教師專業能力影響之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討技術型高級中等學校製圖科教師參與教師研習課程對其在教育新知、專業能力、課程與教學設計及教材調整等專業能力之影響情形。本研究主要研究方法為訪談法,藉由訪談8位製圖科任職之專任教師,且其具備專業科目與專業實習課程授課經驗為訪談對象。 經資料分析後,獲致以下結論:壹、教師研習有助於教師掌握教育新知與產業趨勢;貳、教師參與研習課程之動機為提升個人專業能力及促進教學品質的提升;參、教師研習課程有助於教師應用產業的知識與技術;肆、透過3D技術的運用,有助於教師在專業科目、實習科目及跨領域應用活動之教學,並有效提升學生的學習動機;伍、教師研習課程的地點、時間、費用及學生權益等因素皆為降低教師參與意願以及無法參與教師研習之因素。 最後,研究者根據研究結果,針對主要行政機關、教師研習課程辦理機構、技術型高級中等學校製圖科教師及後續研究提出建議,冀能對當前教師研習課程之問題有所裨益。
This study investigated the influence of professional competence including educational knowledge, professional skill, curriculum and instructional design and teaching material adjustment of teachers involved in learning course in drafting department in vocational high school. The major research method is interview with eight full-time teachers who have teaching experience of professional subjects and professional internship program in vocational high school. According the analysis, there are five conclusions as follow. First, teacher learning would help teacher to underatand the trend of education and current industry. Second, the motivation of teacher participating the learning course is to enhance the professional capabilities and promote the improvement of teaching quality. Third, teacher learning also contributed the application of knowledge and skill in the industry. Forth, through the use of 3D technology, it would promote the teaching in professional subjects, practice account and application of cross-cutting activities. And it effectively promoted the motivation of students. At the last, the place, time, cost and the right of student of learning course would reduce the willingness of teachers to participate. According to the results, researcher makes suggestions for the primary executive, teacher studies program agencies, technical senior secondary school teachers and the follow-up research proposals, aiming to improve the current problems of the learning course.
