某縣公務人員自覺健康狀態、健康概念以及健康生活型態相關因素之研究

Abstract

本論文主要探討公務人員自覺健康狀態、健康概念以及健康生活型態相關因素之研究,以某縣縣府一級15個單位納入公保之公務人員為研究對象進行隨機抽樣,採橫斷式調查,利用自填式問卷,發放415份,回收問卷份數為279份,有效問卷為222份,有效填答率達79.6%;所得問卷資料使用IBM SPSS Statistics 20統計軟體進行資料分析,研究結果歸納如下: 一、研究對象之自覺健康狀態介於中等以上程度;研究結果會因年齡、工作年資與職稱之不同而有顯著差異,並與健康促進生活型態呈現顯著正相關。 二、研究對象之健康概念介於中等以上程度。得分最高的為調適性模式健康概念,其次為角色功能性健康概念,最低分為臨床模式健康概念,研究結果會因職稱之不同而有顯著差異,僅未與健康促進生活型態「健康責任」呈現相關性。 三、研究對象之健康促進生活型態介於中等程度,得分最高為壓力處理行為,其次依序為自我實現行為、社會支持性行為、健康責任行為、營養行為、運動行為。研究結果會因年齡與工作年資之不同而有顯著差異,且「工作年資」、「自覺健康狀態」、「健康概念」可以預測健康促進生活型態,並可以解釋其總變異量31.3%;其中「自覺健康狀態」為主要預測變項。 四、本研究在社會人口學變項對自覺健康狀態、健康概念與健康促進生活型態差異性分析中大多與年齡、工作年資與職稱產生顯著相關;即研究對象年齡越大,工作年資越長,職稱為主管,健康促進生活形態越好。
This paper was a study exploring the relevant factors of self-perceived health status, health concept, and health lifestyle in civil servants. The research subjects were chosen randomly from the civil servants who had civil servant insurance working in the 15 departments of level 1 authority of a certain county. The cross-sectional survey method with self-administered questionnaire was used in this study. A total of 415 copies of questionnaire were issued, 279 participants responded with 222 of them of valid responds (79.6%). The data collected were being analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 statistic software. The results were summarized as follows: 1.The score of the research subjects in self-perceived health status was found to be in the above moderate status. Its score would be significantly affected by the age, work experience and job title difference. Also self-perceived health status was positively related to health promoting lifestyle. 2.The score of the research subjects in health concept was found to be in the above moderate status. In this category, adaptive health conception had the highest score, followed by role performance functional health conception; and clinical health conception had the lowest score. Health concept would be significantly affected by job title differences. However its relationship with the health responsibility, a subcategory in the health-promoting lifestyle, could not be established. 3.The score of the research subject in health promoting lifestyle category was in between the moderate status. Stress management had the highest score in this category, followed by self-actualization, interpersonal support, health responsibility, nutrition ; and exercise had the lowest score. The above results were significantly affected by the age difference and work experience factors. It was noted also that work experience, self-perceived health status, and health concept can help predicting health–promoting lifestyle result. Altogether they accounted for 31.3% of the total variance with the self-perceived health status being the main predicting variable. 4.In this study, the age, experience in work and different job title were the demographic variables significantly related to the self-perceived health status, health concept and health promoting lifestyle. Our research subjects who were older, more experienced and whose job title were supervisor usually had better health promoting lifestyle.
