追夢的勇氣─不一樣又如何 聽覺障礙者之生涯歷程與才能發展及其成功經驗

Abstract

本研究旨在回顧聽障者生涯歷程與才能發展及其成功經驗，自發現聽力損失開始，家庭教養如何去形塑自我的概念與建立教育方針，接續在學校求學中的尋求突破與適應的方法，到歷經求職過程的起伏過後的契機，與才能發展的整體連結，並分析他們的成功經驗。 研究者透過深度訪談的方式，分別與三位聽障者進行多次對話後，歸納以下研究發現與結論： 一、 聽障者的生涯歷程 (一) 聽覺障礙者在孩童時期的養成非常重要，早期對於聽損之發現，醫療介入可以幫助語言的發展。 (二) 家庭支持為日後才能發展的基礎，無論是對基本教育的堅持或是明確的方針，都有助於讓聽障者的學習穩健扎實。 (三) 進入學校建立與同儕的應對方式，或是對學習的調適，幫助聽障者融入社會多樣性。 (四) 發展多元職涯，能夠獨立生活，讓自己維持基本的生活水準。 二、 聽障者之才能發展及其成功經驗 (一) 面對契機的出現，把握每個來臨的機會，努力往自己的目標前進。 (二) 勇敢面對挑戰，積極找尋解決的方法，經過付出與努力，獲得卓越的成績。 (三) 以自我興趣為開端，並且不斷的與自我或他人對話，在才能發展過程中要求完美，並且積極接受自身的障礙，促成成功的要素。The purpose of this study is to retrace the key factors for the career journeys, talent development and successful experience of the hearing impaired. Since the discovery of hearing loss, how family upbringing has shaped the concept of self and established education policies, and seeks breakthrough and adaptation methods in school, the opportunity to go through the ups and downs of the jobs is connected to the whole of developing special talents, and analyzing their successful experience. The researchers conducted in-depth interviews with the three people with HI respectively and summarized the following research findings and conclusions: 1. The career journeys of the hearing impaired: I. The development of the HI in childhood is very important. Early medical intervention can help language development. II. Family support is the basis for the development of special talents in the future. Whether its strict adherence to basic learning or a clear policy, it will help to make the learning of the hearing impaired stable and solid. III. Entering the school to establish coping styles with peers, or adapting to learning, to help the HI to integrate into social diversity. IV. Stable employment keeps life from being trapped by the economy or self-pity, and allows one to maintain a basic standard of living

Face challenges bravely, actively seek solutions, and achieve outstanding results through dedication and hard work. III. Start with self-interest, and continue to talk to yourself or others, require perfection in the process of talent development, and actively accept your own obstacles to promote success.
