青少年運動夏令營主辦單位對指導員與輔導員專業能力重視程度差異之研究

Abstract
目前台灣的青少年運動夏令營種類繁多,且營隊的指導員或輔導員往往能左右營隊的成功與否。因此本研究主要目的為瞭解青少年運動夏令營主辦單位特性以及指導員與輔導員專業能力之現況,並瞭解不同主辦單位特性對專業能力之影響,最後分析比較不同指導員與輔導員專業能力的差異情形。本研究將專業能力分成專業知識、專業技能、行政管理和專業態度四項要素,共計44項專業能力項目,以分層隨機對2006~2008年辦理青少年運動夏令營的管理者進行抽樣,共計發放160份,回收134份,回收率84%,所得資料經描述性統計、t檢定、變異數分析和雪費事後分析。研究結果:1.指導員與輔導員的專業能力重要性依序皆是專業態度、專業技巧、專業知識和行政管理。2. 辦理不同技巧層級的夏令營對指導員的「專業技巧」和「專業態度」能力重視程度有顯著差異;不同輔導員招募來源對於輔導員「行政管理」能力重視程度有差異。3.指導員和輔導員共27項專業能力內容已達顯著差異。建議後續研究可從指導員與輔導員的角度切入討論。
There were many youth sports summer camps in Taiwan. The successful reason of the camps was the quality of instructors and counselors. There were three purposes of the study, to understand characteristics of youth sports summer camp organizers and the professional competency of instructors and counselors, to discuss competency of instructors and counselors from different characteristics, and to analyze the variation of the competency between instructors and counselors. The professional competency included ”Professional knowledge”, “Professional skills”, “Administration and Management”, and “Professional attitude”. The subjects were randomly selected from 160 managers who have held camps from 2006 to 2008. 134 valid samples were collected and the returned-rate was 84%. Statistical methods included description analysis, t-test analysis of variance, ANOVA test, and Scheffe post test. The results of this study were: 1. The importance of competency of instructors and counselors were “Professional attitude”, “Professional skills”,”Professional knowledge”, and “Administration and Management”. 2. The camps with different levels of skills had significant differences on “Professional attitude” and “Professional skills” for instructors; Different recruitment channels had significant difference on “Administration and Management” for counselors. 3. 27 items of professional competency were different between instructors and counselors. From results, the study suggested follow-up research to discuss competency from instructors and counselors.
