dc.description.abstract體育保送制度實施近三十餘年，關於體保生追蹤研究卻付之闕如。以調查表及電話訪談方式，追蹤一所大學體育系畢業之體育保送生，探討其畢業後進修與目前工作情形；大學時期課業與訓練如何兼顧？曾發生的困難？大學時期在學業、訓練及生涯分別受誰的影響最大？畢業後的生涯如何抉擇？以及對體育保送制度的建議等。並提出對我國實施體育保送制度的建議，包括對選手進大學之後的後續輔導問題。zh_tw
