Abstract

本研究目的在瞭解自然引導員過去的自然靈性經驗,以及這些自然靈性經驗帶來的影響為何。研究方法採質性研究,以立意取向徵求三位自然靈性經驗豐富的自然體驗引導員參與研究,透過深度訪談、研究者直接參與課程、文本資料等三種研究資料蒐集法,瞭解研究參與者自然靈性經驗發生的主觀經驗與心理歷程,並進一步進行整合分析與討論,探究自然靈性經驗可能的呈現樣貌、引發原因、歷程與影響。 本研究結果分為以下面向呈現,包含「研究參與者的背景經驗與狀態概說」、「自然靈性經驗感受描述」、「自然靈性經驗的通道與面向」、「自然靈性經驗的影響」: 一、「研究參與者的背景經驗與狀態概說」分別述說三位研究參與者的背景並簡易說明其自然靈性經驗特色與目前生活狀態,並進行三位研究參與者的異同討論。 二、「自然靈性經驗感受描述」分三個面向:一為可能伴隨的恐懼與擔心;二為對自然靈性經驗的感受形容,包含陌生與疑惑感、超越平時感知、與更巨大的連結上、失去時間空間與自我主體感、非思考層面的呆然,以及美好、平靜、快樂、光亮、感動、眼淚等形容詞;三為自然靈性經驗的無法清楚述說與不可複製類推性。 三「自然靈性經驗的通道與面向」分四點呈現:一為「接通訊息的通道」,包含夢境、巧合與共時性、超覺感知與直覺、心流與高峰(高原)經驗、通道路徑的建立與選擇關閉;二為個人狀態(我);三為團體湧現(我與人);四為神聖空間(我與環境)。 四「自然靈性經驗的影響」分為五個面向呈現:一為「從自然回城市」;二為「自我關係的影響(個人安適)」;三為「對他人關係的影響(社群安適)」;四為「對自然關係的影響(環境安適)」;五為「對宇宙觀與信仰的影響(超越性安適)」。 最後提出本研究限制與給未來研究之建議,並以本研究為基礎給予自然引導員與從事戶外活動者提升課程靈性深度之建議。
The study was to analyze the spiritual experience in the wilderness on facilitators, and how these spiritual experience in the wilderness effect them. The research method is qualitative research, to seek three wilderness experience facilitators who owned rich spiritual experience in the wilderness to join in. With depth interviews, involved in their courses, and they also provided texts for this research. To understanding of the subjective experience, psychological process, and to handle the the spiritual experience in the wilderness of participants. Then integrated analysis and discuss these data, to explore the possible appearance, causes, process and impact of the spiritual experience in the wilderness. The results of this study are divided into the following presentations, including ‘Overview of Research Participants Background, Experience and State’, ‘Description of The spiritual experience in the wilderness’, ‘The aisle and aspects of the spiritual experience in the wilderness’, ‘The spiritual experience in the wilderness impacts’. First, the ‘Overview of Research Participants Background, Experience and State ’ respectively described the background of the three research participants and briefly explain their spiritual experience in the wilderness characteristics, then discussed the similarities and differences between them. Second, the ‘ Description of The spiritual experience in the wilderness ’ divided into three aspects: one is the fear and worry that may brought up with spiritual experiences in the wilderness; another is the description of the feelings of spiritual experience in the wilderness, including strangeness and doubt, the feeling beyond the usual perception, greater connection, loss of time and self-subject, non-thinking status, and adjective words such as good, calm, happy, bright, moving, tears; the other is the spiritual experience in the wilderness could not clearly stated and copied analogy. Third, the‘ The aisle and aspects of the spiritual experience in the wilderness’presented in four aspects: first is ‘the channel for connecting messages’, including dreams, coincidences and synchronicity, super-perception and intuition, heart flow and peaks (plateau the experience, the establishment and selection of the channel path are closed; the second is the personal state (I); the third is the emergence of the group (I with people); the fourth is the sacred space (I with the environment). The fourth part ‘ The spiritual experience in the wilderness impacts ’ divided into five aspects: one is ‘from nature to the city’; the second is ‘the impact of self-relationship (Personal well-being) ’; the third is ‘the impact on the relationship of others (Community well-being) The fourth is ‘The Influences on Natural Relationships (Environmental well-being) ’; the fifth is ‘The Influence on the Cosmology and Belief (Transcendence well-being). ’ Finally, the research will discuss the limitations of this study, and the recommendations for future research. The research also hope natural facilitators and outdoor activists can improve the spiritual depth in their courses by this research.
