多元支持,有意義的工作與工作敬業關係之研究

Abstract
隨著社會快速變遷及科技的變遷,工作型態也有非常大的轉變,各式各樣的新興職業也跟著出現,金錢已經不是求職者唯一考量的因素,越來越多的工作者或求職者重視的是工作是否能賦予他們人生中的意義,因此本研究旨在探討有意義的工作為職場工作者帶來的影響,以及何種因素能夠使工作者覺得自身的工作是有意義的。本研究使用問卷調查法,針對台灣地區的在職工作者進行資料蒐集,線上問卷間隔三週分為兩階段發放,第一階段收回229份樣本,第二階段收回155份,扣除無法配對的樣本,最終收回有效樣本149份。研究結果顯示,知覺組織支持與有意義的工作具有正向關係,有意義的工作與工作敬業具有正向關係,而且有意義的工作部分中介知覺組織支持和工作敬業間的正向關係。
With the progress of the times, not only society and technology change rapidly with each passing day, but also the work pattern. More and more new industry is coming out. Income is no longer the only factor considered by candidates has emerged, instead, attaching great importance to the meaning given by the jobs is more and more common for them. So this study will aim to examine the consequences of meaningful jobs for workers, and the factors which could make them perceive their work as meaningful.The research with the questionnaire survey method to gather data from workers in Taiwan and the questionnaire survey is distributed in two stages three weeks apart from the other. In the first stage, 229 samples are collected, and in the second one, there are 155 samples be collected. After deducting unmatched samples, 149 valid samples be collected in the final. The research result demonstrates that meaningful work is related to the support from perceived organization positively, and meaningful work also affects work engagement positively, moreover, meaningful work partially mediates the positive relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement.
