導入台灣訓練品質系統之關鍵成功因素研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討導入台灣訓練品質系統之關鍵成功因素研究,為達此研究目的,除了整理國內外的相關文獻探討之外,採個案訪談,透過深度訪談法及專家會議,以瞭解導入台灣訓練品質金牌之得獎單位其關鍵成功因素所在。研究對象為2012年獲得訓練品質系統金牌及第二屆國家訓練品質獎之單位,其中評核版別包含訓練機構版、企業機構版以及外訓版,並藉由質性研究方式進行,且為使研究更具推論性,本研究選取個案不限地區及產業別。另透過研究結果瞭解訓練品質系統其導入誘因及動機、辦理教育訓練之情形、導入過程關鍵成功因素、未來建議及改進事項。
本研究的主要研究發現有以下三點:(1)導入TTQS之誘因及動機為透過TTQS檢視企業內外部訓練品質,以達自我提升綜效,同時亦可獲得政府補助資源,(2)導入TTQS後辦理教育訓練情形為教育訓練成效顯著、提升公司營收、強化公司營運與教育訓練間的存在連結性,(3)關鍵成功因素為建立公司內部人才資料庫、擁有完善的員工在職訓練、建立員工選訓育用留機制、產生該產業獨特的競爭力。
This study aimed to explore the key success factors for winning the medals of TTQS. The study plans to apply the expert evaluation method and depth interviews to explore the key success factors for the domestic winners to receive TTQS medals. The subjects participated in the 2012 TTQS competition and won the medals in the National Training Quality Award, which includes the Training institutions version, Enterprise version, and the External training for institutions version. This study selected the cases which were allocated in all three different regions in Taiwan and include as many industry types as possible. The main findings of this study has the following three points: (1) introduction of incentives and motivation TTQS through TTQS to view internal and external training quality in order to achieve self-improvement synergy also obtain government grants resources, (2) import TTQS education and training to handle the situation after training remarkable results, enhance the company's revenue, strengthen the link between the presence of the company's operations and training rooms, and (3) key success factors for the establishment of a database of talent within the company, employees have the perfect job training, discipline employees choose to stay with the establishment of a mechanism to generate a unique competitive edge in the industry.
