Abstract
安全第一及學生需求的維持與發展是促進學校本位經營發展之重要因素,本研究旨在探討臺北地區公立高職汽車科實習工場安全衛生滿意度情形,資料統計方式係以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考檢、單因子變異數分析及雪費事後比較等統計分析方法加以分析考驗,本研究歸納如下結論:
一、近九成職業學校學生對工場安全衛生整體持正向的滿意度,其中有近三成的學生是持「尚可」接受的態度。
二、不同背景因素(學校區域、性別、年級、家長對學生在校內安全衛生重視程度、實習成績、參觀工場次數)學生對實習工場安全衛生準備度、環境與人際互動、軟體設施及硬體設施四個構面之滿意情形有顯著差異。
依據上述研究結論,本研究對政府相關單位、學校、學生、後續研究提供相關之建議。
Safety and student’s requirement are our key factors to maintenance and develop our school strategy. This research is to study the response from workshop of automobile course in Taipei Senior level vocational school student on safety and hygienic satisfactory condition. And then using such statistic methods as means, standard deviation, t test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation to conduct the data analysis and discussion. The major results of the study were as follow: 1. About ninety percent Vocational schools students’ experessed positives satisfactions practice workshop safety and hygiene. Among those students three percent students respond degree of the acceptable. 2.With different personal backgrounds, there are significant Differenced in preparedness, interaction between environment and human, soft and hard facility. Several suggestions are presented to officials, schools, and students and extend study.
