男性參與樂齡學習的空間經驗之探究

dc.description.abstract樂齡學習中心是透過國家政策提供規範性的教育與學習機會,企圖營造一個讓老年社會秩序趨於一致化的有益空間;本研究從空間面向切入,用一種新的視角處理高齡學習議題,將幾個看來好像屬於不同領域的現象,用空間的線索串連起來,藉由探索男性參與樂齡學習的空間經驗,進一步理解參與樂齡學習的高齡男性的輪廓、及其在女性化空間中所採取的因應策略與自我實踐的取徑。本研究以半結構深度訪談法針對四個樂齡中心、八位55歲以上、參與樂齡學習超過一年以上之研究對象進行訪談,並採用主軸編碼方式進行資料分析,歸納出下參與樂齡學習的男性學員具備下列幾個特點:(一)力行活動理論且獨立自主(二)學習是以參與為目的(三)以創造個人優勢建構重要感(四)善用網際網路社群媒體延伸自我(五)對新樂齡族具有高度認同。根據上述結論,提出以下建議:(一)針對退休族群:1.應積極參與樂齡學習不僅可以維持社會參與、建構活躍的老年生活,也可達到健康老化、成功老化的目標;2.參與學習時可以轉化退休前在職場上儲備的能力、知識與技能、專長;3.在團體中建構個人優勢,即使不擔任幹部也可以在團體中一展所長,展露頭角;4.利用現成的網際網路社群媒體,掌握其既隱匿又顯露的特性,建構人際網絡,拓展生活視野。(二)針對樂齡中心:1.輔導或培訓具有特殊專長之男性學員成為中心資源,令其在課程網路社群中負責特殊任務;2.引導具有專長的學員共同建構專業的男性形象;3.拍攝相關短影片,安排在各樂齡學習網際網路社群媒體上傳播,不僅有助於樂齡行銷,更有助於男性族群招生。(三)針對未來研究建議:1.研究場域可由都會擴展到鄉村;2.將研究對象的學習年資與世代差異以及樂齡中心的整體課程納入研究範疇;3.訪談者不妨加入男性樂齡者。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study attempts to approach the issue of elderly adult learning of Senior Learning Center from a new perspective of space, by connecting several phenomena that seem to belong to different fields with clues inspace. By exploring the spatial experience of male participation in elderly learning, we will further understand the contours of elderly men participating in elderly learning, as well as the strategies and self-practice approach path they adopt in the feminine space.This study was conducted with a semi-structured in-depth interview method, and the data analysis was carried out by using the spindle coding method. Interviewing 8 male students, over 55 years old, and participating more than one year in 4 Senior Learning Center, it can be summarized that the male participants in Senior Learning Center have the following characteristics: 1. being independent and autonomic as following Activity theory;2.learning is about participation;3.constructing a sense of importance by creating personal advantage;4.making good use of Internet social media to extend self;5.forging new identity of happy elderly.en_US
