體育教師教學圖像之個案研究-大專學生觀點

Abstract

本研究目的旨在以學生角度出發,瞭解個案教師在體育教學上所呈現的圖像。研究採立意取樣的方式選取年資超過二十年的個案教師為對象,並以參與個案教師開設之體育課-土風舞的學生為研究參與者(共70位)。針對教學準備、教學規劃、教學過程以及教學評量等四個面向,瞭解個案教師的教學圖像。研究設計、方法為研究參與學生在土風舞課的參與歷程中,透過參與、問卷調查及訪談方式,蒐集、整理與分析他們對個案教師在體育教學上的想法與經驗到的圖像。最後,依據研究結果提出下列的結論: 一、教師如呵護孩子的父母。給予舒適安全的教學環境,對個別學生的狀態隨時給予評估與關注,主動關心每一位學生的需求。 二、教師如廚藝精湛的廚師。提供豐富多元的教學規劃及難易適中且具有挑戰性的課程,成就學生期待的體育課。 三、教師如充滿活力的專家。教學過程中充滿活力與動力,帶給大家歡笑與輕鬆的氛圍,不以嚴肅、恐怖的怒罵來管教學生。並清楚的操作說明與講解,運用口訣教導新動作,示範或指導學生都表現出耐心與顧及學生的尊嚴。同時,對於學生提出的問題,主動表達善意和幫助,隨時注意學生的學習狀況,掌握學習進度。 四、教師如引領方向的燈塔。映照出體育課不只技能重要,情意的部分更是不可或缺,重視出缺席是一種好態度的表現,且實施多元的評量可使學生獲取更多額外的收穫。 五、整體而論,教師是給予活力、安全、自尊與收穫的無私奉獻者。在教學歷程中不辭辛勞給予照顧、關心,在愉快、和諧與安全的環境中,提供豐富的資源,營造優質的教學,透過有效的引導認識世界萬物。
The purpose of this study was to understand the image of teacher teaching in physical education with student's point of view. The study adopts the purposeful sampling to choice participants: the teacher whose teaching experience was over twenty-years-experienced and whose students(girls, n=63;boys, n=9) participate in the P.E. lesson - Folk and Social Dance. There were four main aspects focused on: preparations for teaching、teaching programs、the process of the teaching and teaching evaluations to understand the teacher's teaching image. Study design and method were through the questionnaire and the interview method were used for data collection, make up and analyze by participation students in the participation process of folk and Social dance lesson. The data was the idea and the image of experience in the P.E. instruction. The findings of this study were as follows: (1)Teacher as a parent who gives comfortable and safe teaching conditions,estimating and paying close attention to each student’s condition.(2)Teacher as a cook. To provide rich and colorful program, moderate and challenging lessen.(3)Teacher as a expert. Full of dynamic and power in the teaching process, who supply laughter heartily and relax atmosphere. No storm at students in serious and terror. And have clear illustrate and explain, make use of a pithy formula to teach new action, and represent patience, attend to student’s dignity at show as a model and conduct. At the same time, he expressing good will and support on the initiative with regard to the questions which bring up by students and paying attention to student’s learning condition.(4)Teacher as a lighthouse. Valuing the show up is the performance of a kind of good attitude. In general, we can conclude that teacher as a selfless offer man who offer care and provide abundant natural resources, construction high quality instruction in the joyful, harmonious and safe conditions, and guide to recognize all things on earth.
