台北市社區大學學員學習動機與學習滿意度之研究

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討台北市社區大學學員之學習動機及學習滿意度,其具體目的包括瞭解台北市社區大學學員學習動機之情形、瞭解台北市社區大學學員學習滿意度之現況、比較不同背景變項的社區大學學員其學習動機之差異情形、比較不同背景變項的社區大學學員,其學習滿意度之差異情形、探討台北市社區大學學員學習動機與學習滿意度之相關情形,最後根據研究發現提出具體建議,以作為相關單位參考依據。 為達到上述研究目的,本研究採用文獻分析與問卷調查法,首先蒐集整理國內外之相關研究與文獻,陳述社區大學之發展現況;剖析學習動機、學習滿意度的意義、理論與層面,作為本研究之理論基礎與實證研究之架構。再依據文獻資料、相關實證研究及參考國內外相關量表,發展「台北市社區大學學員學習動機與學習滿意度調查問卷」,自台北市12所社區大學中抽樣1132位學員進行問卷調查,有效樣本共計877份,有效問卷回收率為83.21%,並輔以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及典型相關等方法進行資料處理與分析,所獲致結論如下: 壹、目前台北市社區大學學員的學習動機認同程度為高。 貳、目前台北市社區大學學員的學習滿意度認同程度為高。 、台北市社區大學學員學習動機因不同背景變項而有所不同。 肆、台北市社區大學學員學習滿意度因不同背景變項而有所不同。 伍、台北市社區大學學員學習動機與學習滿意度之間具有顯著相關。 最後,依本研究結論提出三大項,八點建議,以供社區大學行政主管 機關、台北市各社區大學及後續研究者三方面參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe study discussed the learners’ learning motivation and the learning satisfaction of the Taipei city community colleges.It also compared the motivation differences which due to the different background variables. The quantitative and literature analysis were used to show the relationship between learning motivation and learning satisfaction. In the end of this study, we proposed suggestions, which could serve as a valuable reference to the relative authorities. In order to fulfill the research propose, the study contained two research methods. They were literature analysis and questionnaires. First, we collected relative studies and described the evolution of community college. We used the meaning, theory and level of learning motivation and learning satisfaction as the basic fundamental of the study. Second, based on the literature, examples , domestic and international measurements, we developd the「The survey of learners’ learning motivation and learning satisfacation degree in Taipei city community college」. Finally, we randomly selected one thousand one hundred and thirty-two students from twelve Taipei city community colleges as subjects for questionnaires. There were 877 students in the valid samples of the questionnaire and the valid return was 83.21%. The statistical techniques applied were descriptive statistic method, t-test one-way ANOVA and canonical correlation analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows First, the Taipei city community college learners were highly motivated on the average. Second, the Taipei city community college learners were highly satisfied on the average. Third, the background variables resulted in different learning motivation. Forth, the background variables resulted in different degrees of learning satisfaction Fifth, learning motivation and learning satisfaction were highly related with each other. Base on this study, we proposed eight suggestions to community colleges administrative authorities, Taipei city community colleges administrative authorities and following researchers for future studies.en_US
