Abstract

本研究主要針對課程決定的相關理論、科技大學課程決定的背景、我國各科技大學課程決定的個案分析及科技大學課程決定的整體分析等問題加以深入了解與探討,以作為科技大學課程決定時的參考。 本研究採文獻探討、個案調查、專家諮詢等方法進行,以我國在91學年度已設立之15所科技大學作為研究對象,針對個案學校課程決定相關人員進行調查,以了解大學課程自主及學校層級課程決定的相關議題,包括學校師資結構概況、曾參與校外課程發展經驗、學校課程委員會設置及運作情形、各學院及學系課程結構分析、學校課程決定遭遇困難或存在問題、學校課程決定的特色或成果等。 本研究之主要結論如下:一、科技大學課程決定的種類包羅至廣。二、我國科技大學所論及課程決定係以學校層次的課程決定為主。三、科技大學課程決定的影響因素可從學校層面、教師層面及課程本身層面等三個層面來探討分析。四、我國科技大學課程決定的模式係採用以學校為基礎的課程決定模式。五、科技大學課程決定時要注意各層級技職學校課程和類科的銜接。六、科技大學課程決定要掌握職場導向及學校本位的精神。七、科技大學學校本位課程決定可區分為分析、規劃、實施及評鑑等四個階段。八、以工業科技為主的科技大學,其整體課程調整上較為緩慢。九、以商管設計為主的科技大學,其整體課程調整上較為迅速。十、以醫護藥農為主的科技大學,其修業年限、畢業學分數及必修所佔比例均較以工商為主的科技大學為高。十一、各科技大學均設置各級課程委員會以決定學校各類課程。十二、我國科技大學課程決定遭遇困難或存在問題主要有11項。十三、我國科技大學課程決定的特色或成果主要有9項。
The purpose of this study was to explore the decisive theories of curriculum decision-making, the history and development of the Curriculum in the University of Science&Technology practical situation and related critical issues was referred for future curriculum decision-making in the University of Science&Technology. In this study, content analysis, surveys, and panel discussion were undertaken as research methods and sampled from 15 University of Science&Technology lately set up in 2002. The investigation respectively surveyed with staffs involving the curriculum decision-making of above mentioned technology universities so as to clarify the Curriculum of University decision-making by themselves and the related staffs located what kind of position in school, including teachers’ structure, experience participating curriculum development outside campus, the establishment and operation of school curriculum committee, curriculum structure analysis of colleges or departments, the existed problems encountered during Curriculum of University decision-making, and features or outcomes in Curriculum of University decision-making. The conclusions of this study were: 1. The categories of curriculum decision- making in University of Science&Technology were comprehensive. 2. Curriculum decision-making in University of Science&Technology was mainly decision made by themselves in Taiwan. 3. The influential factors of curriculum decision-making in University of Science&Technology should be divided into three aspects studies: School aspect, Teacher aspect and Curriculum aspect. 4. The mode of curriculum decision making of University of Science&Technology was used by the mode of curriculum decision making of school base. 5. The Curriculum decision-making in University of Science & Technology should be paid attention to the connection of curriculum in every level of technical-vocational schools and departments. 6. The Curriculum decision-making in University of Science & Technology should be controlled the needs of working field and the spirits of school situation. 7. Curriculum decision- making of school situation in University of Science&Technology should be divided into four steps: analysis, arrangement, carrying out, and evaluation. 8. The whole curriculum in University of Science& Technology that devoted to industrial technology was hard adjustment. 9. The whole curriculum in Universities of Science & Technology that devoted to commercial management and design was adjusted more easily. 10. The percentages of years of academic studies, credits of graduation and required courses in the Universities of Science & Technology that devote to medical science and agriculture were higher than the Universities of Science & Technology that devote to commercial management.11. The curriculum committee was established to do various curriculum decision-making in every University of Science& Technology. 12. Eleven items of the problems should be encountered when we do the curriculum decision-making in University of Science&Technology. 13. Nine items of features and achievement were found when we do the curriculum decision-making in University of Science&Technology.
