青少年之孝道態度與祖孫代間支持—以三代同堂家庭為例

Abstract

摘要

本研究旨在探討青少年知覺父母之孝道行為、青少年孝道態度、青少年祖孫代間支持三者之關係。研究採問卷調查法，以臺灣北部地區之三代同堂家庭中，就讀國中之青少年為對象，藉由立意取樣的方式，取得有效樣本共293份。本研究主要發現如下： 一、 以祖孫居住狀況來說，青少年與祖母同住的比例較高；祖孫溝通狀況則普遍良好。青少年與祖父母的代間支持行為，以工具性的協助為主，且青少年與祖母的相互協助情況比與祖父的協助來的多。 二、 青少年之孝道態度，整體而言，青少年對相互性孝道態度的同意程度較高，而權威性孝道態度的同意程度較低。 三、 青少年知覺父母對祖父母的孝道行為中，以日常的照顧、給錢、聊天為主。 四、 當青少年知覺父母之孝道行為程度越高，青少年相互性孝道態度或青少年權威性孝道態度的程度也就越高；青少年孝道態度在青少年知覺父母之孝道行為對青少年祖孫代間支持影響中，不具有中介作用。 五、 就青少年之祖孫代間支持來說，青少年知覺父母之孝道行為程度、相互性或權威性孝道態度程度、祖孫溝通狀況、祖父母健康狀況、祖父母年齡、祖父母工作狀況是影響青少年祖孫代間工具性或情感性支持的因素。

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relation among adolescents’ perception of their parents’ behaviors of filial piety, their own attitude towards filial piety, and the intergenerational support between adolescents and their grandparents. Questionnaire method is adopted to conduct the survey, while the effective samples acquired through purposive sampling are the 293 junior high school students living in three-generation households in northern Taiwan. Major findings are presented as follows: 1. There are more adolescents who live with their grandmothers than those with their grandfathers. Generally speaking, all of them communicate with their grandparents well. The main support between adolescents and their grandparents is instrumental support. Moreover, there is more support between adolescents and their grandmothers than grandfathers. 2. As a whole, adolescents’ recognition toward reciprocal filial piety is higher than toward authoritarian filial piety. 3. The adolescents perceive that there are different kinds of parents’ behaviors of filial piety, such as daily care, providing allowances, and chatting. 4. The higher level of perception of parents’ behaviors of filial piety there is, the higher level of agreement on reciprocal and authoritarian filial piety from the adolescents there will be. Adolescents’ attitude toward filial piety has no mediation effects on the relation between the perception of parents’ behavior of filial piety and the intergenerational support between adolescents and their grandparents. 5. Adolescents’ perception of their parents’ behaviors of filial piety, attitude toward reciprocal or authoritarian filial piety, communications between adolescents and their grandparents, and health, age ,and work of grandparents are the causes of instrumental or emotional support between adolescents and their grandparents.
