Abstract

  本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民中學教師知覺學校組織氣氛與幸福感之關係。   為達研究目的,本研究以自編之「桃園縣國民中學教師知覺學校組織氣氛與幸福感之關係」調查問卷為研究工具;研究對象為桃園縣54所公立國民中學主任、組長、導師與專任教師。共發放708份問卷,回收639份,有效問卷601份,回收率約為90.25%。問卷所得資料以統計軟體SPSS 18.0 for Windows 進行處理,採描述統計、t 考驗及單因子變異數分析,及逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析。 根據上述文獻探討與調查資料分析結果,本研究獲致以下結論: 一、桃園縣國民中學教師對學校組織氣氛的感受尚稱良好。 二、桃園縣國民中學教師知覺之學校組織氣氛以開放型最多,封閉型次之。 三、桃園縣國民中學教師的幸福感現況良好。 四、桃園縣國民中學部份不同背景教師對學校組織氣氛之知覺有明顯的不同。 五、桃園縣國民中學部份不同背景教師對幸福感之知覺有明顯的不同。 六、桃園縣國民中學教師「學校組織氣氛」各層面與「幸福感」各層面具有相當程度的正相關。 七、桃園縣國民中學教師「學校組織氣氛」對「幸福感」具有顯著預測力。   根據上述結論,本研究分別針對教育行政機關、國中教育人員及未來研究提出建議,以供參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between school organizational climate and teachers’ well-being of junior high schools in Taoyuan County. To achieve the research purpose, the self-designed survey questionnaire “the relationships between school organizational climate and teachers’ well-being of junior high schools in Taoyuan” was adminstered to collect pertinent data. The subjects in the study were junior high school teachers from 54 schools in Taoyuan County, including department deans, department assistant deans, homeroom teachers and non-homeroom teachers. A total of 708 questionnaires were distributed, 639 questionnaires returned, 601 answered completely, and the return rate was about 90.25%. Data from questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 for Windows, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression Analysis and the like. The conclusions of the study are summarized as follows: 1.The teachers of junior high schools perceived an upper level on school organizational climate. 2.The teachers of junior high schools perceived school organizational climate as “Open” was the most, “Closed” was the second. 3.The teachers of junior high schools perceived an upper level on well-being. 4.Part of the junior high school teachers’ perception of school organizational climate in Taoyuan County had significant difference in terms of demographical variables. 5.Part of the junior high school teachers’ perception of well-being in Taoyuan County had significant difference in terms of demographical variables. 6.There were positive significant correlations among all dimensions of school organizational climate and teachers’ well-being. 7.School organizational climate had predicative efficacy for all the dimensions of teachers’ well-being. Based on the conclusions, some suggestions were proposed to educational Authority concerned, teachers of junior high schools, and further researches respectively.
