國高中階段之多重障礙學生主要照顧者生活品質現況與影響因素的探討

Abstract

本研究探討多重障礙學生主要照顧者的生活品質現況。運用問卷調查的方式，以北部特殊學校多重障礙學生主要照顧者為研究對象，總共發放100份問卷，回收之有效問卷為80份。採用描述性統計、ANOVA變異數分析、卡方檢定及複迴歸分析等統計方法。經過研究資料分析解釋後，本研究的結果如下：

1.多重障礙學生主要照顧者的生活品質介於「中等程度好」與「好」 之間。 2.多重障礙學生主要照顧者生活品質的四個範疇皆有平均以上的分數。 3.多重障礙學生主要照顧者生活品質排序分別為生理範疇、本土社會範 疇、本土環境範疇、心理範疇。 4.影響多重障礙學生主要照顧者生活品質的因素有：教育程度、自覺健 康狀況、自覺快樂程度、個人平均月收入、家庭平均月收入、整體生 活品質、整體健康滿意度。 5.影響生活品質的因素：教育程度、個人平均月收入、家庭平均月收 入、自覺健康狀況、自覺快樂程度，會因彼此間的差異造成生活品質 的不同。 6.生理範疇為預測多重障礙學生主要照顧者生活品質的重要因素。

This study investigated status and factors of quality of life among primary caregivers of students with multiple disabilities. Researcher used WHOQQL：BREF-Taiwan Version, and data was collected from special schools in northern part of Taiwan. All 100 questionnaires were issued, and valid questionnaires were 80. The result came out by using descriptive statistics, ANOVA analysis of variance, chi-square test and multiple regression analysis. After analysis the data, the main findings of this study are as follows：

(A)Primary caregivers feel moderately good about their quality of life. (B)Primary caregivers feel above moderate to four domains of quality of life. (C)According to scores, the sequence of four domains of quality of life are Physical Domain, Social Domain（TW）, Environment Domain（TW）and Psychological Domain. (D)The factors effect quality of life among primary caregivers of students with multiple disabilities are：education status, individual average monthly income, family average monthly income, perceived health, perceived happiness, overall quality of life, overall health satisfaction. (E)Different education status, individual average monthly income, family average monthly income, perceived health and perceived happiness are making quality of life different. (F)Physical Domain are the main factor to predict quality of life among primary caregivers of students with multiple disabilities.
