自僱型視障按摩師之職業生涯發展研究

Abstract

本研究以Super生命廣度理論，探討三位自僱型視障按摩師職業生涯發展的過程，勾勒出視障者就業發展的樣貌與影響因素。本研究選取三位自僱型視障按摩師、四位家人及六位重要同事，進行半結構式的深度訪談。 針對自僱型視障按摩師職業生涯發展歷程，分階段討論視障者建構初期職業生涯方向、勇闖職場、職業探索、職業定向、未來規劃。以三位研究參與的生涯歷程，瞭解視障者如何形成初期生涯目標，進入職場面臨的挑戰，探索適合的行業，選定以自僱型態投入經營按摩事業、從按摩工作中獲得經濟穩定與職業成就，並利用自僱型的彈性工時投入其他活動，在收入穩定下持續發展職業生涯。由三人的豐富就業與生活經驗，看到他們在生涯發展考慮下投入工作，找到職業發展方向，持續自我滿足，達成自我設定的職業生涯目標。

This study explored the career development process of three self-employed visually impaired masseurs under the Super’s life-span theory to outline the appearance and factors of visually impaired career development. There were in-depth interviewed three self-employed visually impaired masseurs, four family members and six colleagues. The Career development process of the three self-employed visually impaired masseurs were structured five stages which are the construction of the initial career direction, battles in workplace, career exploration, career- employment orientation, future career planning. In the course of three researchers involved in career, it’s to Learn how to form visually impaired early career goals, face the challenge in workplace, explore self-suitable career, operate massage business by self-employed, get economic stability, approach the professional achievement, put the flexible working hours into other activities, sustain the career development in stable income. By their rich employment and life experience, they participate in workplace to consider the career development and to find out career direction. They put efforts on massage business and get self-satisfied from career achievement which made them continue activities to develop their future.
