dc.description.abstract微系統類 LIGA 製程在微結構的厚度、深寬比、精度方面雖不如 X-ray LIGA 製程，但在生產成本、耗時性、製程彈性方面卻遠優於 X-ray LIGA 技術。在 MEMS 應用領域次微米精度與極大深寬比並非絕對必要的前提下，類 LIGA 製程仍有其發展空間。本文將針對類 LIGA 製程光刻技術作通盤性的介紹，內容涵括標準 X-ray LIGA 製程、類 LIGA 製程的厚膜光阻 UV 微影技術、準分子雷射微細加工及感應耦合電漿離子蝕刻技術。zh_tw
