建構「大學學生社團評鑑指標」之研究

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在建構大學學生社團評鑑指標,瞭解我國大學社團之合適背景、輸入、過程及成果評鑑指標為何,同時瞭解專家為四類指標之配分以及各校社團評鑑業務承辦人對指標及配分之看法,並且瞭解承辦人認為合適之評量方式及各類型社團合適之評量指標。本研究首先歸納分析我國大學社團評鑑實施現況、國內外大學社團評鑑相關理論與實務,透過CIPP評鑑模式,經由專家意見修正後編製出大學學生社團評鑑指標德懷術問卷。之後借重德懷術專家小組成員對評量指標及配分提供意見,經過二回合德懷術問卷調查後,與專家小組成員一致性的共識,完成「大學學生社團評鑑指標」,包括4個評鑑類型及配分、共36項評鑑指標。分別為背景評鑑佔15%,包括4項評量指標;輸入評鑑佔25%,包括9項評鑑指標;過程評鑑佔35%,包括19項評量指標;成果評鑑佔25%,包括4項評鑑指標。 在問卷調查部分,本研究將完成之「大學學生社團評鑑指標」,編製成「大學學生社團評鑑指標調查問卷」,針對全國各公私立普通及技職大專校院社團評鑑業務承辦人,採用線上問卷填答方式,共發出135份問卷徵求信件,最後獲得有效問卷45份。調查各校承辦人對本研究所編製之「大學學生社團評鑑指標」,在背景、輸入、過程、成果類型之各項指標內容,認為適用之社團類型及適合該項指標之評量方式。同時並調查各類型社團於4種評鑑類型之配分適切程度。最後針對學校類型暨辦理社團評鑑(包括校內社團評鑑及參與全國社團評選活動)狀況進行調查。 最後本研究針對社團大學生、社團輔導人員、政府教育部門、以及未來研究等四方面提出具體建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe study aims to construct an evaluation indicators of university student clubs, and understand the appropriate context, input, process and product evaluation indicators of the university clubs in Taiwan. Also, understand the experts’ opinions of the score distribution of 4 indicator types, and the club evaluation undertaker’s opinions of the evaluation indicators, the score distribution, the assessment methods and the suited evaluation indicators for each type of club. In order to obtain research purposes, both qualitative and quantitative methods were utilized. First, this study analyzes the current situation of the implementation of university club evaluation in Taiwan, and the relevant theories and practices of university club evaluation at domestic and foreign. Secondly, based on the CIPP evaluation model and experts’ opinions, the Delphi technique questionnaire was developed by the researcher. The model generalized 4 indicator types and 36 evaluation indicators, including context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and the product evaluation. Thirdly, a total of 45 club evaluation undertakers at the public and private colleges and universities in the country were participated in the study. Data were collected from the “University Student Club Evaluation Indicators Questionnaire”. These data were analyzed to investigate the club evaluation undertaker’s opinions of the evaluation indicators, the score distribution, the assessment methods and the suited evaluation indicators for each type of club. Based upon the finding, the study provided recommendations to university students, club counseling and assistance staffs, education administrations and organizations and future studies.en_US
