Abstract

本研究有下列四項研究目的:(1)探討有關高中職社區化的相關理論與現況;(2)建構高中職社區化「適性學習系統基礎網絡」成效指標之構面;(3)發展高中職社區化「適性學習系統基礎網絡」成效指標各構面之項目及內涵;(4)綜合結論提出高中職社區化「適性學習系統基礎網絡」成效指標。 本研究採用德懷術研究方法進行,首先,透過探討高中職社區化發展背景、政策法規、執行現況等文獻資料,建構高中職社區化「適性學習系統基礎網絡」的初步成效指標,並針對指標構面及指標項目的重要程度、適切程度編成五等量尺的問卷作為研究工具。 其次對十二位專家群進行三次的問卷調查,期能對指標構面及指標項目得到共識;透過描述統計與專家電話溝通,具體確立指標構面、指標項目之建構,結果得到:(1)建立行政組織體系;(2)評估教育需求;(3)擬定適性學習系統計畫;(4)溝通與整合理念;(5)建置教育資訊站;(6)辦理研討(習)活動;(7)設立社區聯繫窗口;(8)檢討、評估與改進等八個指標構面,並細分為三十五個指標項目。 最後,本研究根據結論,分別對主管教育行政機關、高中職社區化合作學校、學校主辦人員、老師、學生及社區民眾等,提供實施高中職社區化的參考與建議。
The purposes of this research are fourfold. They are: (1) Study of the related theories and current status of the community of senior high schools (CSHS), (2) Construction of the main domains in the performance criteria of the fundamental network of character-adaptive learning system (FNCALS) in CSHS, (3) Development of the items and contents within each category of the performance criteria of the FNCALS in CSHS, and (4) Proposition of the performance criteria of FNCALS in CSHS according to the research results. The Delphi method is employed. First of all, preliminary performance criteria of the FNCALS in CSHS are established according to the investigations of the literatures of the policies and regulations of CSHS, and current status in carrying out CSHS. The questions and comments (Q& C) each in five measuring scale are formulated based on the extent of the importance and appropriateness of each domain and its associated items of the performance criteria. They are used as the research tool. Secondly, in order to obtain common agreement on the categories and specific items within each category of the performance criteria Q & C from 12 experts are conducted three times. Through statistical analysis, the domains and their items of the performance criteria are determined and established. Specifically, eight domains are resulted and they are: (1) establishment of the administration organization structure, (2) evaluation of educational requirements, (3) planning of character-adaptive learning system, (4) communication and integration of the ideas and concepts, (5) construction of educational web site, (6)holding of workshops and related activities, (7) setting up the liaison window in the community, (8)review, evaluation and improvement. And they are sub-divided into 35 items. Finally, based on the research conclusions, references and suggestions to carry out CSHS for the administrative organization of education, schools participating CSHS program, personnel who are in charge of the CSHS in schools, community civilians, etc. are proposed.
