充氣蛋載體專利設計

Abstract

設計開發一種可放置大量散裝蛋的載體用以保護蛋體，載體經由吹嘴充氣讓載體膨脹，蛋體放置於蛋載體結構內，透過蛋載體結構與上下堆疊結構，進而使蛋體受到載體保護，不會受到外力環境而其破裂。 研發理念為近年來生鮮禽蛋應使用一次性包材觀念興起，目前市面上雞蛋販售以重複使用之塑膠籃盛裝銷售，容易造成交叉感染，站在防疫立場，不希望把裝過蛋的容器再帶回禽場，散裝蛋應改用不重複使用的箱體盛裝販售。 創新理念為創作提供一種充氣蛋載體，且特別是具有保護蛋體之設計，可以讓蛋體在運送過程不易破裂，且可減少原先塑膠籃造成環境汙染，減少清洗塑膠籃造成水資源浪費。 透過兩項實驗了解以研發與創新理念得以吻合實際需要，實驗一，模擬市場盒裝雞蛋掉落防震破裂比較，共有三種方式，(1)塑膠蛋盒；(2)回收再生紙蛋盒；(3)充氣蛋載體，將三種蛋盒材質進行雞蛋落下實驗，實驗結果充氣蛋載體能確實保護雞蛋，通過實際測試成功。 實驗二，市面上經常使用塑膠雞蛋籃的緩衝材質，(1)報紙；(2)瓦楞紙；(3)充氣蛋載體，將三種緩衝材質進行雞蛋落下實驗，實驗結果充氣蛋載體能確實保護雞蛋，通過實際測試成功。 透過「充氣蛋載體」新型專利權申請核准，讓此設計開發得以透過專利法保護，佐證新型專利技術報告。Design and development of a carrier capable of placing a large number of bulk eggs .The carrier is inflated through the mouthpiece. The body of the egg is placed in the egg carrier, through the egg carrier and the upper and lower stacking structure, the egg body is protected by the carrier, it won’t be broken by external forces. The concept of fresh eggs should be raped in disposable material has raised in recent years. Currently, the eggs are used reusable plastic baskets for sale, which can easily cause cross-infection. For the protection, bulk eggs should be sold in boxes which are not reused, and don’t bring them back to the poultry farm. An inflatable egg carrier is an innovative concept, its design for protecting the egg body in transit from damage, and reduce the environmental pollution caused by the plastic basket and the waste of water to clean it. The subject through two experiments to understand the needs of an inflatable egg carrier. Experiment one, use a plastic egg box, a recycle egg box and an inflatable egg carrier did a dropping egg experiments, and the result was an inflatable egg carrier can protect egg body and to pass the actual test. Experiment two, use a newspaper, a corrugated paper box and an inflatable egg carrier did a dropping egg experiments. The experiment showed that an inflatable egg carrier can preventing the egg from coming in contact with the surface, it protected eggs. The experiment was successed. To obtain the grant of a patent for “inflatable egg carrier”, a patent can be granted for the invention described and claimed by the specification.
