Abstract

教育部自2018年起推動「大學社會責任實踐計畫」,從第一周期聚焦「在地連結」、「人才培育」、「國際連結」,至第二周期「在地關懷」、「永續環境」、「產業鏈結與經濟用續」、「永續文化」、「健康促進與食品安全」與「其他社會實踐」,延伸至因應世界局勢變化,鼓勵與聯合國之永續發展目標接軌,並積極推動社會創新,希望達到與在地社區可共生共榮。本研究希望藉由整理分析近年「大學社會責任實踐計畫」之主軸與策略,了解目前執行之概況及成效,並與聯合國永續發展目標接軌之狀況。希冀藉由此研究之整理分析探討與省思,歸納出計畫一些方向,以及大學教授可扮演之角色與任務,並提出其中可能之問題以及未來之策略與相關措施,並試圖提出相關見解及未來展望。
Since 2018, the Ministry of Education has promoted the"University Social Responsibility Project", which has expanded from focusing on "local connection", "talent cultivation" and "international connection" in the first phase to “care for the surrounding locale”, “industrial collaboration”, “a sustainable environment”, “food safety and long-term care”, and “other social obligations”. In addition, linking to the United Nations' sustainable development goals because of the changes all over the world. These projects promote social innovation, hoping to achieve symbiosis and co-prosperity with the local community. This study hopes to understand the current situation and effectiveness of the implementation of the University Social Responsibility Project by analyzing the main axes and strategies. It is hoped that through the analysis, discussion and reflection of this research, we can summarize some directions of the practice of plan, as well as the roles and tasks that university professors can play, and propose possible problems, future strategies and related measures, and provide relevant insights and future outlook.
