Abstract
本書面報告研究目的為,使用現代的錄音技術,將巴西弓弦琴的聲響取樣下來後,突破原聲樂器的限制,將取樣後的音樂檔案進行聲音設計,並使用於流行音樂的創作之中。在研究中透過文獻探討了解巴西弓弦琴的歷史、構造及演奏方式,並將取樣技術進行歷史爬梳,結合最新取樣技術及專業錄音空間、器材,將巴西弓弦琴進行錄音取樣。本書面報告,將實際執行巴西弓弦琴取樣錄音之流程、使用取樣檔案作為軟體樂器使用之流程、及如何運用取樣檔案作為創作素材三個方向作為紀錄,並將執行錄音取樣後才發現的不足之處及問題進行檢討。《Roda》專輯中的每一首歌,均使用了巴西弓弦琴的取樣,完成專輯後,使筆者了解在創作中使用取樣檔案時,需發揮天馬行空的想像力,不要被任何常識所束縛,持續地在錯誤中進行聲音設計的嘗試。期望本報告中的實務操作及研究,可以作為後續新進在研究上的參考。
The purpose of this written report is to use modern recording techniques to sample the sound of the Brazilian intrument “Berimbau”, breaking through the limitations of the original acoustic instrument. The sampled music files are then subjected to sound design and utilized in the creation of popular music. The research includes a literature review to understand the history, construction, and playing techniques of the berimbau. It also involves a historical overview of sampling techniques, combining the latest sampling technology and professional recording equipment to capture the berimbau's sound. This written report serves as a record of the process of sampling and recording the berimbau, using the sampled files as software instruments, and how to incorporate these sampled files as creative material. It also includes a review of the shortcomings and issues discovered during the recording and sampling process. Each song in the “Roda” album incorporates samples of the berimbau. It is hoped that the practical procedures and research outlined in this report can serve as a referencefor future researchers and newcomers in the field.
