dc.description.abstract本研究主要探究有關銀行從業人員知覺風險和網路銀行消費意願之關聯性,並依據不同背景變項分析銀行從業人員在知覺風險與消費意願之差異情況。本研究使用調查法進行,以「銀行從業人員知覺風險與網路銀行消費意願關聯之調查問卷」為研究工具,採取分層叢集取樣方式,進行問卷抽樣調查,主要針對台灣本國銀行之銀行從業人員為研究對象,總共發出398份問卷,刪除無效問卷72份,有效問卷合計為326份,有效問卷回收率為82%。回收後的問卷使用描述統計、單一樣本t檢定,獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究獲得以下結論:銀行從業人員的年齡層在31~40歲及41~50歲對於時間風險的感受程度顯著高於30歲(含)以下的銀行從業人員;在願意消費方面,資料顯示銀行從業人員的性別為男性顯著高於女性,表示男性比女性更願意在網路銀行進行交易;銀行從業人員知覺風險與消費意願呈現負相關,代表知覺風險程度會影響其消費意願。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe study primarily investigated the correlation between perceived risk among banking professionals and their willingness to use online banking services. It also analyzed the differences in perceived risk and consumption willingness among banking professionals based on different background variables.The research employed a survey method, using"The Correlation Between Practitioners’ Perceived Risk and Consumption Intentions of Online Banking Services in the Banking Industry" as the research instrument. The study targeted banking professionals in Taiwan's domestic banks, with a total of 398 questionnaires distributed. After excluding 72 invalid questionnaires, 326 valid questionnaires were collected, resulting in an effective response rate of 82%. Descriptive statistics, single-sample t-tests, independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA,structural equation modeling, and other statistical methods were used for data analysis.The study drew the following conclusions: Banking professionals aged 31 to 40 and 41 to 50 exhibited significantly higher levels of perceived time risk compared to those below 30 years old. Regarding willingness to consume, the data showed that male banking professionals were significantly more willing than females, indicating that males were more inclined to conduct transactions through online banking. There was a negative correlation between banking professionals' perceived risk and consumption willingness, indicating that the level of perceived risk affected their willingness to consume.en_US
