dc.description.abstract在資訊流動快速的現今,企業教育訓練模式除了傳統實體課程外,亦會建置線上學習方式來提供員工學習。以保險業為例,為協助業務員能節省訓練時間,紛紛以數位學習系統,讓業務員藉由零碎時間進行學習,汲取所需的專業知識與技能,甚至與實體課程交叉學習;課後主管也會利用師徒制進行一對一內隱知識的傳授,使業務員在師徒關係產生認同。期望藉由多元化的學習管道與資訊來源,讓業務員提升工作效率進而產生業績。如此,自然願意在職涯規劃上作安排與努力為其目的。 有鑑於此,本研究採線性結構方程模式統計分析探討在數位學習情境中:1.學習者在數位學習知覺對滿意度之影響,2.再探討滿意度對持續使用意圖之影響,進一步探討數位學習知覺與生涯規劃之關係,輔以師徒關係認知對於生涯規劃之影響。在其情境中,學習者的研究發現:1.認知吸收性對認知有用性及認知易用性有正向影響。2.認知吸收性與認知易用性對滿意度有正向影響。3.滿意度對數位學習持續使用意圖有正向影響。4.師徒關係認知與認知易用性對個人生涯規劃有正向影響。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWith the rapid development of information technology of this century, the style of educational training of many enterprises also gradually changes from offeringtraditional entities to incorporating digital learning system to help their staff’s acquiring new skills more effectively. Take an example from insurance industry. In order to save the training time that agents have to spend on the traditional courses, e-learning system, or the integration of traditional entity courses and e-learning have been adopted gradually to allow the agents do self-study of required knowledge and skills because of time and space flexibilities of these new models. In addition, the agency manager can also carry on individual instruction of tacit knowledge and quality consultation in extra curriculum time with a hope that the relationship between the trainer and trainees can be reliably established. It is also expected that the agents’ motivation, willingness of making effort and their work efficiency can be improved with the multiple ways of study and information resources which are newly offered via digital learning. This study investigates the e-learning from the learners’ perspective using the statistical linear modeling. The two main issues are 1.whether learners’ perception of usefulness and easiness of e-learning reflects the degree of satisfaction of their e-learning experience and 2.whether the degree of satisfaction of e-learning influences learners' continuance intention. In addition, whether the relationship between trainers and trainees established via e-learning and the trainees' perception of e-learning will influence the trainees' future career planning will also be discussed. The genetal findings of the current study include 1. cognitive absorption has a positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, 2. cognitive absorption and perceived ease of use have a positive effect on e-learning satisfaction, 3. e-learning satisfaction has a positive effect on e-learning continuance intention, and 4. mentoring cognitive and perceived ease of use have a positive effect on career planning.en_US
