dc.description.abstract本研究是以個案學校為研究對象,以質性研究的半結構式訪談、文件分析法及觀察法蒐集資料,訪談對象包括個案學校董事長、校長、處室主任、組長、職員,希望藉此了解個案學校創新經營策略現況、困境與因應方法,並依照研究的發現做成結論與建議,提供個案學校創新經營策略。 本研究結論如下: 壹、個案學校推動學校創新經營策略之現況 一、行政管理創新策略之現況為行政組織呈現的型態、行政組織溝通與協調的方式。 二、課程教學創新策略之現況為教師進修的方式、教師專業能力。 三、外部關係創新策略之現況為學校與家長、學校與地方、學校與媒體互動情形。 四、學生活動創新策略之現況為舉辦活動凝聚學生向心力、創造多元機會表現才能。 五、校園環境創新策略之現況為校園環境整體概況。 貳、個案學校推動學校創新經營策略之困境 一、行政管理創新策略之困境為行政業務繁重、行政協調溝通困難、行政績效不彰。 二、課程教學創新策略之困境為師資招聘困難、教師招生壓力大、教師專業能力不足。 三、外部關係創新策略之困境為學校知名度低、地方認同感欠佳。 四、學生活動創新策略之困境為缺乏計畫性培育學生特殊才能、適性的獎勵…等。 五、校園環境創新策略之困境為校舍建築物老舊、校園規劃欠缺整體性。 參、個案學校推動學校創新經營策略之因應方法 一、行政管理創新策略之因應方法為組織變革與科層體制並重、行政績效導向…等。 二、課程教學創新策略之因應方法為鼓勵進修、提升教師專業能力使學生受惠…等。 三、外部關係創新策略之因應方法為認同學校教育觀、認真的辦學態度…等。 四、學生活動創新策略之因應方法為計畫性培育特殊才能,成為學校特色…等。 五、校園環境創新策略之因應方法強調環境教育的重要;建置人性、安全、友善的校園。 依照結論提供個案學校相關學校創新經營策略建議與對未來研究方向提出想法與建議。 關鍵字:私立高級中等學校、學校創新經營zh_TW
dc.description.abstract  This research lies in the qualitative method of a school which is based on half-structure interviews, document analysis and observational method to collect data. The interviewees are including the chairman of the board of directors, the principal, directors of departments, section chiefs, and assistants. The research first indicates the present situation, dilemma and strategy of school innovation management, then, gives a suggestion of it.   The summary is as following 1.The case schools to promote the status of the school of business strategy innovation (1)The current status of administration of innovative strategies for the administrative organization presented patterns, administrative communication and coordination organized manner. (2)The way the status of the teaching innovation strategies of the teacher education and teachers' professional skills. (3)The current status of the external relations of innovative strategies for schools and parents, the school and the local school to interact with the media situation. (4)The current status of student activities for the organization of activities of innovative strategies cohesion student centripetal force, creating an opportunity to demonstrate to pluralism. (5)The current situation of campus environmental innovation policy environment for the whole campus before. 2.The case schools promote innovative business strategies of the plight of school (1)The dilemma for the administration of innovative strategies onerous administrative operations, administrative coordination and communication difficulties, administrative performance ineffective. (2)The plight of Teaching Innovation Strategies for the difficulties in recruitment of teachers, teacher recruitment pressure, lack of teachers' professional competence. (3)The plight of the external relations of innovative strategies for schools low visibility, poor local identity. (4)The plight of student activities for the lack of innovation policy program of nurturing students with special talents, adaptive incentives ... etc. (5)The plight of innovative strategies for the campus environment old school building,campus planning lacking integrity. 3.The case schools promote innovative business schools in response method Strategies (1)In response to the method of administration of innovative strategies for the organizational change and bureaucracy, both, administrative performance-oriented ... and so on. (2)In response to the teaching methods to encourage the training of innovative strategies to enhance the professional competence of teachers to enable students to benefit ... and so on. (3)Because innovation strategy should be the method of external relations for the recognition of school education concept, serious educational attitude ... and so on. (4)In response to a method of student activities for the program of innovative strategies to cultivate special talents, to become school characteristics ... etc. (5)Because the campus environment should be the method of innovation strategy emphasizes the importance of environmental education; build humane, safe and friendly campus.      School-related schools provide case management strategy suggestions and put forward innovative ideas and suggestions for future research directions in accordance with the conclusions.
