Abstract
本文旨在探討臺灣資優教育政策的擬定與修正,先由美國資優教育的修法歷程檢視臺灣資優教育的修法概況,並討論臺灣資優教育修法過程中法令政策與研究證據的互動脈絡。根據資料分析結果,臺灣資優政策與法令修正大致上與實徵研究及相關實驗支持有良性互動,雖然臺灣與美國的資優教育立法歷程不盡相同,但皆保有以學生需求為本的精神。
The main purpose of this article was to analyze the policy making and amending processes of gifted education in Taiwan. The amendment to the United States gifted educational policy was reviewed and the interaction between the research and Taiwan gifted educational policy worlds was further discussed. The results showed positive interactions between policy and research world in gifted education policy amendment in Taiwan. Although differences exist in the gifted legislation processes between Taiwan and the United States, there is significant similarity in the student-centered core value.
