工業4.0汽車產業趨勢對技術型高級中等學校汽車科課程之研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討工業4.0汽車產業趨勢對技高汽車科影響概況,藉由課程的分析了解對產業的認識影響課程之設計,產業的認識與課程符合程度及相關性。透過問卷調查法,以全臺灣技高汽車科科主任為調查對象,經正式問卷調查結果,刪除無效問卷後獲得有效問卷53份,回收率為87%,回收問卷進行統計分析。根據研究發現,本研究對於技高汽車科課程設計與汽車產業趨勢探討後,歸納統整以下六點結論:技高汽車科科主任對工業4.0具有中等程度以上的認識,有助於學校課程與產業接軌且會影響汽車科校訂課程之規劃、工業4.0汽車產業趨勢對技高汽車科校訂課程規劃具有影響的、學校校訂課程與工業4.0汽車產業趨勢具有落差的、工業4.0落實在校訂課程仍遭遇些許推動上之困境、學校校訂課程需與汽車產業趨勢產生連結,方可使學生更了解汽車產業、學校在設計課程時遇到設備不足、師資無法勝任以及學生能力無法應對汽車產業趨勢之問題。此外,依據主要研究結果及結論,本研究分別對主管教育行政機關、技高汽車科提出六項建議;具體建議如下:主管教育行政機關應增加汽車產業趨勢相關之設備經費,以利學校申請採構符合汽車產業趨勢之課程、主管行政機關應定期舉辦工業4.0汽車產業趨勢研習,供技高汽車科科主任參與、主管教育行政機關應當在課綱擬定過程中,果斷剔除不合時宜之課程、學校課程設計應參考汽車產業趨勢相關之內容,以利學生畢業後可以接軌產業、技高汽車科教師宜於課餘時間多參與與工業4.0相關之活動,以累積對工業4.0之認識、教師宜以「汽車產業趨勢」為主題,提供學生最新產業資訊學習機會,建立學生對產業變化的敏感度。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study explored the effect of the of Industry 4.0 trend in the automobile industry on the department of automobile of vocational high schools. By analyzing the courses, this study obtained insight on how the industry influences course design and evaluated the conformity and correlation between the industry trend and course content.This study explored the curriculum designs of the department of automobile of vocational high schools and the trends in the automobile industry, and derived seven conclusions. (1) Department heads of the department of automobile who possess a moderate- or high-level understanding of Industry 4.0 facilitate the connection between school curriculum and the industry. (2) The department heads’ understanding of Industry 4.0 affected the school-developed curriculum planning of the department of automobile. (3) The Industry 4.0 trend in the automobile industry affected the school-developed curriculum planning for the department of automobile of vocational high schools. (4) A gap existed between the school-developed curriculum and the Industry 4.0 trend in the automobile industry. (5) The implementation of Industry 4.0-related content in school-developed curriculum encountered some difficulties. (6) The school-developed curriculum must connect to the trend of the automobile industry to assist students obtain a deeper understanding of the automobile industry. (7) When designing Industry 4.0-related curriculum, schools encountered problems such as a shortage of teaching equipment, teachers lacking the ability to teach Industry 4.0-related content, and students lacking the capacity to handle problems related to the trend of the automobile industry. | en_US |
