國中學生口腔衛生行為及其相關因素之探討-以台北縣某國中為例

Abstract

本研究目的在瞭解與探討國中學生口腔衛生行為及其相關因素。以自編結構式問卷為工具，採分層集束抽樣方式，有效樣本共511份（97.9％）。本研究主要發現如下： 一、研究對象口腔衛生知識整體而言，呈現中上程度，以女性的知識較高。 二、研究對象口腔衛生態度整體而言，呈現中上程度的正向態度。女性的態度較正向，7年級態度表現最好。 三、研究對象口腔衛生行為整體而言，呈現中上程度的正向行為，以7年級的行為表現最好。 四、口腔衛生知識與態度顯著相關，且態度也與行為有顯著相關。另外，口腔衛生態度與半年內是否看過牙醫均會影響口腔衛生行為，預測力為27.7％。

The purpose of this study was to realize and investigate the oral health behavior and related factors about junior high students of one school in Taipei county. The sample was selected by a stratified cluster sampling. The data was collected through structured questionnairs. The valid respondentsare 511 (97.9％). The main findings were as follows： 1.The oral health knowledge of the subjects showed good degree, and the oral health knowledge of female subjects was better than that of male subjects. 2.The oral health attitudes of the subjects showed good positivity, and the oral health attitudes of female subjects was better than those of male subjects. The oral health attitudes of seventh- grade subjects was better than those of other grade subjects. 3. The oral health behavior of the subjects showed good positive behavior, and seventh- grades subjects was better than other grade subjects on the oral health behavior. 4. There were significantly correlations between the oral health knowledge and the oral health attitudes, and between the oral health attitudes and the oral health behavior. Besides, the variables of the attitude and the seeing dentists within half year could explain 27.7% of the variance of the oral health behavior.
