2022年世界跆拳道品勢錦標賽中華隊自由品勢混合團體項目奪牌策略之研究

Abstract

2019年末新冠疫情爆發，2022年高陽世界跆拳道品勢錦標賽為疫情後首場實體舉辦國際賽，中華隊奪下世界總排名第2，創隊史最佳成績，研究者也為中華隊貢獻1面獎牌。研究目的：針對高陽世錦賽中華隊自由品勢混合團體競賽進行策略探討，為我國跆拳道品勢選手提供競賽參考。研究方法：採個案研究法，針對相關人士，教練、裁判、選手進行半結構式訪談、相關文件蒐集以及研究者參與觀察紀錄，以樣板式分析探討中華隊再次寫下歷史的時刻。研究結果：中華隊經歷兩年多的選訓歷程與國內賽會，並透過以賽代訓度過疫情肆虐，期間不斷調適心態轉換壓力，增加團隊溝通來面對復辦的國際賽；準備期洞悉各隊優缺並提升自身優勢於競賽中，隊員之間長期培養的默契能在短時間內達到良好表現；決策時掌握競賽規律，在主導致勝因素中採取創新策略，將中華隊特色展現於眾多隊伍中，不畏地主隊強勢角逐。結論：中華隊注重技術得分動作能確實執行並獲得高分，採取進攻性對策於音樂及動作編排，避免失誤或缺點出現於競賽中。Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic at the end of 2019, many international major events have been canceled or postponed. The 2022 Gayang World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships was the first physical international Poomsae competition held after the pandemic. During this event, the Chinese Taipei Taekwondo Poomsae national team achieved a historic milestone by securing the 2nd position in the world ranking, and the researcher contributed to the team's success by winning one medal. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the strategies employed by the Chinese Taipei Taekwondo Freestyle Poomsae Mixed Team during the 2022 Gayang World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships, aiming to provide valuable insights for Taekwondo Poomsae athletes in our country. Methods: Case study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with relevant stakeholders, including coaches, referees, and athletes in this study. Additionally, the collection of pertinent documents and the researchers' observational records were utilized to analyze and explore the glorious moments of the Chinese Taipei Taekwondo Poomsae team's historical achievement. The research findings revealed that the Chinese Taipei team endured over two years of rigorous training and participated in domestic competitions while enduring the challenges posed by the pandemic. During this period, athletes and coaches had to continually adjust their mindsets and cope with the pressure, fostering effective communication within the team to face the resumption of international competitions. During the preparation phase, the team gained insights into the strengths and weaknesses of international teams, allowing them to leverage their advantages during the actual competition. The long-term cultivation of team members' chemistry led to outstanding performances within a short time frame. The Chinese Taipei team made well-informed decisions based on a deep understanding of the competition rules, adopting innovative strategies to showcase their unique strengths among the many participating teams, fearlessly challenging even the strongest host teams. Conclusion: The Chinese Taipei Taekwondo Poomsae team emphasized executing technical movements to secure high scores and employed offensive measures in their musical and movement arrangements, thus minimizing errors or shortcomings during the competition.
