Abstract
本研究主旨在瞭解冷凍空調產教育訓練概況,並探討冷凍空調技術人員對教育訓練需求內涵之情形以及專業能力看法,根據研究主題,蒐集國內外相關研究、業界教育訓練資料等進行歸納整理;研究方法採卷調查法,對臺灣地區冷凍空調產業之各職級人員以問卷調查方式立意抽樣進行意見徵詢,共發出450份問卷,回收有效問卷387份,有效回收率為86%。所得資料採描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及雪費事後比較等統計程序分析考驗後,獲得主要結論如下:一、冷凍空調技術人員對教育訓練需求內涵現況,整體以師資與教材教法平均數最高,個人生涯發展平均數最低。二、冷凍空調技術人員的年齡集中在20歲~30歲之間(佔整體39.0%),且年資在5年以上的佔整體39.5%,顯示近年來冷凍空調技術人員已經產生年輕人居多;而教育程度集中在大學(含二技)佔整體52.7%,而畢業科系大部分都為工程科系畢業為多佔整體46.3%。三、年齡的不同對「師資與教材教法」、「個人生涯發展」、「專業態度」之層面達顯著差異水準。四、證照的不同對「專業態度」之層面達顯著差異水準。五、年資、職務、教育程度、畢業科系在教育訓練需求內涵、專業能力看法表現上無顯著差異。
The main purpose of this research is to explore the general situation of refrigeration and air-conditioning production education and training, and to explore the connotation of education and training needs and professional ability of refrigeration and air-conditioning technicians. Methods The purpose of the research was achieved by the method of intentional sampling questionnaire survey. The opinions of the personnel of various ranks in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry in Taiwan were solicited by questionnaire survey. A total of 450 questionnaires were sent out, and 387 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective recovery rate of 86%. The obtained data were analyzed and tested by statistical procedures such as descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single-factor variance analysis, and Xuefei post-hoc comparison, and the main conclusions were as follows:1. The connotation of education and training needs of refrigeration and air-conditioning technicians. Overall, the average number of teachers and teaching materials and teaching methods is the highest, and the average number of personal career development is the lowest.2. The age of refrigeration and air-conditioning technicians is concentrated between 20 to 30 years old (accounting for 39.0% of the total), and those with more than 5 years of experience account for 39.5% of the total, which shows that refrigeration and air-conditioning technicians have produced mostly young people in recent years; and The education level is concentrated in universities (including secondary technology) accounting for 52.7% of the total, while most of the graduates are engineering graduates accounting for 46.3% of the total.3. Differences in age have significant differences in the levels of"teachers and teaching materials and teaching methods", "personal career development", and "professional attitude". 4. Different certificates have significant differences in the level of "professional attitude". 5. There is no significant difference in seniority, position, education level, and graduate department in terms of the connotation of educational training needs and the performance of professional ability views.
