dc.description.abstract	臺灣原住民長期以來，始終較一般民眾面臨嚴重之失業問題，影響所及不僅其現有之社經地位相對處於弱勢，在惡性循環之下，導致基本教育與基本生存空間亦面臨嚴峻之挑戰。近年雖採行各項措施及制訂許多法規，以保障原住民工作權或輔導原住民就業，但仍未能徹底解決偏高失業率。故解決原住民失業問題，乃為值得大家重視之課題。	zh_tw
