東台灣治療成功之結核病患健康促進生活型態及其相關因素之研究

Abstract

本研究的目的在探討治療成功之結核病患的個人背景因素及社會心理因素與健康促進生活型態的關係。以橫斷式調查法，探討花蓮縣、台東縣295位治療成功之結核病患。 研究對象之健康促進生活型態以營養的得分最高，其次依序為自我實現、人際支持、壓力處理、健康責任、運動。研究對象之社會支持愈多，健康行為自我效能愈強，愈偏向內控及權威外控者，其健康促進生活型態愈好。自我效能、是否為原住民、教育程度，對健康促進生活型態具有預測力，共可解釋59%的變異量，其中以自我效能最具影響力。 本研究結果將可作為衛生機關發展結核病患健康促進策略之重要參考，應用預測因子以促進治療成功結核病患之健康生活型態。

This study examines the health-promoting lifestyles of successfully treated tuberculosis cases with reference to their personal backgrounds and psychosocial factors. We conducted a cross-sectional questionnaire survey on 295 cases at Hualien and Taitung prefectures in eastern Taiwan .The cases gave themself the highest sores on nutrition followed by self-actualization, interpersonal support, stress management, health responsibility and exercise. The cases who received more social support, had strong self-efficacy and were more likely to have internal locus of control and authority outside control tended to follow a more health-promoting lifestyle. self-efficacy, ethnic and education were significant predictors, explain 59% of total health-promoting lifestyle variance. Finding may provide a valuable reference for health administrator plan health promotion and health education intervention stratigies targeted to improve the cases’ health.
