Abstract

本研究目的:透過大專聯賽公開一級女子同志選手探討其在球場表現及影響。研究方法:採用問卷收集各大專女子排球公開一組前八強隊伍調查同性戀選手所佔的比例後,採用立意取樣與滾雪球抽樣的方式增加訪談對象,對象為國內大專排球公開一女子組前四強為受訪對象進行半結構式訪談。結果發現:大專選手中147份為有效問卷裡,同性戀佔其中的34%,而深入了解同性戀的運動歷程中某部分的同性戀選手會受到教練的不平等對待,另一部分的選手遇到的教練是以成績為主,心理理為輔,較無差別對待,而關於隊友方面皆不干涉,不論是對異性戀或同性戀隊友,相處方式是一樣的,不因性別而有所排斥。而對競技場上貢獻較多傾向因情感上寄託進而促使自身運動表現提升;競技場上限制較多來自外在輿論及家人排斥同性戀因素而影響球場表現,結論:從教育教導正確的性別觀念,了解同性戀並無不同於他人,適當的了解女同性戀運動員,她們無顧慮定能提升運動表現,提供給體育相關人員對女同性戀選手之參考。
To understand the portion of lesbians in the university women‘s volleyball. Taking a deeper look into how coaching and heterosexuality treats lesbian players, as well as the lesbian players’ feelings and disadvantages. In the total of 147 valid questionnaires, 34% of them are accounted for homosexuality. After a thorough understanding of what the lesbian players have been through throughout their careers, one can conclude that some has been treated unfairly by the coach due to their sexual identity, and others were treated mainly based on the results and supported by psychological theories which were treated without discrimination. Also, ones sexual identity was not involved with how one was been treated between teammates. However, the tendency to contribute more to the game is caused by emotional sustenance to promote the performance of the sports. The restrictions on the performance are more from external public opinion and family rejection of homosexual factors and affect the performance of the game. In conclusion, one should learn the correct gender concept from education. Understanding homosexuality has no differences from others. Appropriate understanding and support of lesbian athletes will help them improve their athletic performance without any concern.
