女性抗老經驗之敘說

dc.description.abstract | 本研究以如何讓自己能夠慢慢地老化以及有什麼樣的方法,讓抗老化也是一種日常,使自己總是保持最佳狀態,並且因此能夠讓自己產生信心與光采。在現代網路資訊發達的時代,保健、養生等各方面的訊息層出不窮且琳瑯滿目, 要如何選擇適合自己的,以及找到中肯及切實的健康資訊很重要。研究者以自身的抗 老經驗以及邀請四位 50 到 65 歲的女性研究參與者,透過半結構式訪談大綱進行深度 訪談,了解她們對抗老化的方法。她們都非常樂於分享他們的經驗與過程,她們的外 表都是公認的凍齡美女,比實際年齡年輕 10 歲以上,她們的共同特徵是工作場域十分 強調年輕的形象。她們根據自己的先天條件及生活作息經濟狀況,來選擇適合自己抗 老的方法。研究結果發現,女性在抗老方法上皆追求能快速見效,醫美為第一馬上看 到改善效果;其次分別為服用膠原蛋白,由內而外地保持皮膚彈性。然而醫美消費比 較高,而且也怕碰到無良診所,膠原蛋白則怕萬一選擇的商品原料不純或是沒檢驗合 格,以及原料來源不明等問題。所以她們認為長久持續的運動可以讓自己保持身材體 態的輕盈,延緩慢性病的產生,加上注重生活作息及良好的飲食習慣,有助外表更顯 年輕,樂觀正面會給身心帶來一堆好處可以紓解壓力,改善情緒、減少壓力荷爾蒙, 可以增加幸福感,這些由內產生的幸福感反映在外更讓人顯得年輕。研究者在抗老上有非常豐富的經驗。在訪談當中看到研究參與者的樂觀面對以及快樂分享的心態。由此總結,認為延緩老化的道路上,除了要樂觀面對、輕鬆愉快地持續去執行外,且不能給自己帶來壓力與負擔。就如同研究者一樣,只要對自己的想法有了方向與信心,了解自己需要的是什麼,並且願意落實與執行,更加有助成效。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, how to make able to age slowly and what kind of methods are available to make anti-aging become a daily routine. Always maintains the best condition, confidence and radiance is very important.In the age of modern Internet information development, there are so many information on health care and health preservation. It is important to choose what suits you and find relevant and practical health information. Used the own anti-aging experience and found women aged 50 to 65 to conduct in-depth interviews and narrations. They are all very willing to share their experience. Their appearance is recognized as frozen-age beauty what is more than 10 years younger than their actual age. They make themselves young in a fast and effective way—(1) Medical beauty, to maintain skin elasticity and activate cell function; (2) Collagen to keep the skin elastic and moist; (3) Various exercises to make their body light and slow illness occurs; (4) Let an optimistic attitude to make better.The four interviewers and researcher have very rich experience in anti-aging. From this conclusion, in addition to facing optimistically and happily continuing to execute, it should not bring pressure and burden. Just like researcher, as long as having direction and confidence in the mind, understand what should need, and are willing to implement and execute, it will be more effective. | en_US |
