非營利組織推動校園綠色飲食教育之研究-以主婦聯盟環境保護基金會臺北總會為例

Abstract

本研究主要探討主婦聯盟環境保護基金會推動綠食育之緣由、理念、願景、校園綠食育理念與推動方式及所面臨困境與因應方式。期望透過研究結果，讓大家了解校園綠食育的推動外，更藉由本研究省思平日己身飲食行為對環境造成的影響，提供相關日後推動者或實踐者參考。 本研究是為個案研究，透過質化研究訪談主婦聯盟六位校園綠食育推動者，研究結果如下： 一、昔日主婦聯盟的這群志工媽媽們因關心家人飲食與健康，因此集結消費力量試以改變生產模式，提供更安全健康的飲食生活，是為關心環境保護議題的婦女團體。 二、主婦聯盟綠食育推動理念是為強調生活實踐的環境保護團體。 三、主婦聯盟綠食育推動願景主要朝向都市農耕生活、打造綠色飲食生活圈。 四、主婦聯盟校園綠食育推動理念是期望孩子能從小建立良好的飲食習慣，強調能生活實踐。 五、主婦聯盟校園綠食育之推動是為實作經驗的累積、課程需與學校溝通、推動上需因人而異，因地制宜、發展一套完整的志工培訓策略、節省開銷，小額募款、設計多元教案方式。 六、校園綠食育的推動除了與合作學校在理念上、課程安排與推動上意見不同時需要溝通協調；在組織內部人力不足時需藉由培訓推動學校的家長志工增加其推動人力外，同時也會招募外面的新志工協助校園的推動；資金上，除了部分民眾小額募款、企業捐款，主要是以申請活動專案為主。 上述校園綠食育的推動主要是期望學員在學習之後，持有正確的飲食價值觀念外，強調能實踐在日常生活當中，所有推動活動當中則以生活環保為主，教材會重複使用，呼應主婦聯盟實為環境保護團體。 關鍵字：食農教育、校園綠色飲食教育、主婦聯盟環境保護基金會

This research intends to investigate the reason, principle, vision that Homemakers United Foundation promotes green food education, along with the green food education at school, the way of promotion, the challenges faced by the organization, and how the organization overcomes those challenges. Through the research, people can understand the mission statement of the green dietary education and rethink how our diet influence the environment, which can provide to other advocates and participants for future references.

This research is a case study, which interviews six advocates of green dietary education in Homemakers United Foundation through the Qualitative research.The result of this research is as follows:

1.The birth of Homemakers United Foundation is that many mothers cared about their family members’ health and diet. They tried to change the production process through customer buying power, providing their families with a healthier and safer diet. Homemakers United Foundation is a women's federation that involves in environmental protection. 2.The reason that Homemakers United Foundation promotes green food education is to emphasize the actual participation of environmental protection in daily life. 3.The vision of Homemakers United Foundation is to create city farms and green food community. 4.The essential principle of the Homemakers United Foundation is to educate children to develop good eating habits and actually participate in daily life. 5.The Homemakers United Foundation promotes the green food education through the practice experience accumulation. To design the classes, the organization needs to discuss with the participating schools. The form of classes may be adjusted based on location and students. The organization strived to develop a complete strategy to train volunteers, saving money, raising funds, and designing creative teaching plans. 6.To promote green food education, the organization needs to communicate and negotiate the essential principle, the arrangement of classes, and the way of the promotion with the participating schools. When the organization is short-handed, it needs to train parents to be volunteers in order to smoothly promote the green food education. At the same time, the organization recruits external volunteers to help promoting the green food education. To raise funds, the organization accepts donation from the public and corporations. However, the organization raises most funds by applying activity projects.

The promotion activities of green food education stated above intends to encourage learners to not only have correct diet sense of values but also participate in daily life. All of the promotion activities focuses on the environmentally friendly lifestyle, and the teaching materials will be reused, which echoes the mission statement of Homemakers United Foundation.
