In this thesis, we study the phenomenology of the future ILC collider which isthe determination of the relative sign of bottom Yukawa coupling. Compare to theStandard Model (SM), an extended Higgs boson in Two Higgs Doublet Model(2HDM) can have"wrong-sign" bottom Yukawa coupling due to the mixing angle of two Higgs boson. Moreover, the future ILC can detect bottom jets directly. In our work, we use Madgraph to simulate e^+e^- collision with √250 GeV in the hardron level, as well as do the numerical analysis. We finally found that 2634 fb^-1 of luminosity is needed to distinguish the relative sign of bottom Yukawa coupling in the 3σ confidence level.
