高中職學生不同身體活動量與健康體適能 之相關研究

Abstract
本研究主要以宜蘭縣六所公立高中職二年級學生為研究對象,其目的旨在在探討高中職學生身體活動量與健康體適能之現況,進一步探討各變項之差異及相關。總計1,200人為實驗參與者,有效樣本827人。利用國際身體活動量表臺灣中文版之自填短版,將其身體活動量分成費力、中等費力及身體活動不足三組。健康體適能測驗項目為身體質量指數、坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠、一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐及八百公尺、一千六百公尺跑走等項目。根據實際調查所得之資料,分別以描述統計、t-考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜森積差相關及雪費檢定法分析之統計方法進行考驗與統計。結果如下:
一、高中職男生在費力身體活動量,達到顯著差異;中等費力身體活動量,未達到顯著差異。
二、高中職女生在費力身體活動量及中等費力身體活動量,皆未達到顯著差異。
三、高中職男生在健康體適能之坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠及一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐,達到顯著差異。
四、高中職女生在在健康體適能之坐姿體前彎及八百公尺跑走,達到顯著差異。
五、不同身活動活動量高中職男生之健康體適能,皆未達到顯著差異。
六、不同身活動活動量高中職女生之健康體適能,在立定跳遠及一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐,達到顯著差異。
七、高中職學生身體活動量與健康體適能的相關,費力身體活動量組高中男生在坐姿體前彎及一千六百公尺跑走呈負相關,並達到顯著相關,一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐呈正相關,並達到顯著相關;高職男生在坐姿體前彎呈負相關,達到顯著相關。在中等費力身體活動量組高中男生一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐呈正相關,達到顯著相關。高中女生在BMI呈正相關,坐姿體前彎呈負相關,並達到顯著相關。
This research mainly take the second year students 0f six public high schools and vocational schools in Yi-lan County as the research objects, its purpose is to investigate the physical activity and health-related physical fitness of high school and vocational school students in recent; and further more to discuss the difference and correlation ship between each variance. Amount the 1,200 participants, effective samples are 827 persons. Uses the international physical activity questionnaire Taiwan Chinese edition short version, it divides physical activity into : maximal, moderate and insufficient. The four tested items in health-related physical fitness are the BMI, sit and reach, stand long jumping, one-minute sit-up and 1600& 800-M run. This study use the describes statistical, the t- test, the one-way ANOVA, the Pearson’s product-moment correlation and the Scheffe of statistical method to analysis the data of this investigation. The result is listed as follows: 1.The male high school and vocational school students of maximal physical activity is achieving the statistical difference; the moderate group doesn’t achieve the statistical difference. 2. The female high school and vocational school students of maximal and moderate physical activity doesn’t achieve the statistical difference. 3. The male high school and vocational school students achieve the statistical difference in sit and reach, stand long jumping and one- minute sit-up. 4. The female high school and vocational school students achieve the statistical difference in sit and reach and 800-M run 5.The health-related physical fitness of different physical activity of the male high school and vocational school students doesn’t achieve the statistical difference. 6. The health-related physical fitness of different physical activity of the female high school and vocational school students achieve the statistical difference in stand long jumping and one- minute sit-up. 7.The correlation between physical activity and health-related physical fitness of high school and vocational school students: the male high school students of maximal physical activity is negative related to sit and reach and 1600-M run, and reach the statistical correlation, and positive related to the one-minute sit-up, and reach the statistical correlation; the male vocational school students is negative related to sit and reach, and reach the statistical correlation. The male high school students of moderate physical activity is positive related to the one- minute sit-up, and reach the statistical correlation; the female high school students is positive related to BMI, and negative related to sit and reach, and reach the statistical correlation.
