中華民國體育運動舞蹈總會會員對組織效能之重要與表現程度分析

Abstract

2018 年政府為提升非奧亞運特定體育團體的組織會務、會計與財務及業務推廣效益，並且配合國家重點運動政策之發展與相關法令之規定，達成推展國家競技體育政策之目標，協助非奧亞運特定體育團體有效進行前次建議之改善，開始辦理非奧亞運特定體育運動團體訪評以瞭解各非奧亞運體育運動組織的組織效能。本研究目的在瞭解中華民國體育運動舞蹈總會會員人口統計變項，探討不同人口統計變項的中華民國體育運動舞蹈總會會員在組織效能各層面的重要與表現程度差異情形，以及分析會員對中華民國體育運動舞蹈總會在組織效能層面改善情形之優先順序。本研究共回收有效問卷 349 份，有效回收率為 87.25％，同時以描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、重要與表現程度分析進行資料處理與分析。研究結果發現，會員以女性居多，；教育程度以大學或大專校院居多；會員年資集中在 6 年以下；職業以專技人員為多；年齡全距為 18 至 78 歲，平均年齡為 41.48 歲。另外，研究發現不同背景變項（性別、教育程度、年資）的會員在組織與會務運作、會計制度與財務狀況、國家代表隊選訓賽、業務推展、民眾參與的重要與表現程度的差異性分析多未達顯著差異。同時，本研究也呈現五個組織效能層面的問項優先順序的重要與表現程度分析。最後，本研究根據研究結果提出結論和建議。In 2018, in order to improve the organizational, accounting, financial, and business promotion effectiveness of non-Olympic sports organizations, and to achieve the goal of promoting the national competitive sports policy in accordance with the development of the national key sports policy and relevant laws and regulations, and to assist non-Olympic sports organizations to effectively carry out the previous proposed improvements, the government began to conduct non-Olympic sports organization visits to understand the organizational effectiveness of non-Olympic sports organizations. The purpose of this study was to understand the demographic variables of the members of the Chinese Taipei Dance Sport Federation and to examine the differences in the importance and performance of the members of the Chinese Taipei Dance Sport Federation at various levels of organizational effectiveness across different demographic variables. In addition, analyzing the priority of the members to improve the organizational effectiveness of the Chinese Taipei Dance Sport Federation. The results of the study revealed that the majority of the members are females; the majority of the members had university or college education; the majority of the members have less than 6 years of experience; the majority of the members are professionals; and the majority of the members are aged 18 to 78 years old, with an average age of 41.48 years old. In addition, the study found that there were no significant differences between members of different backgrounds (gender, education, and years of experience) in terms of the importance and performance of organization and operations, accounting system and financial status, national team selection, business development, and public participation. At the same time, this study also presents the importance and performance level analysis of the five organizational effectiveness issues in order of priority. Finally, conclusions and recommendations are made based on the results of this study.
