Abstract
美食節目《一家一味》為本研究者攻讀研究所期間所參與製作的電視節目,故以此為題撰寫技術報告。本研究以企劃的角度撰寫電視節目之前期創意、中期製作、後期行銷等層面,呈現美食節目《一家一味》的創作歷程與製作要點。這是一份集內容規劃、播放平台、版權行銷、數位轉型、新媒體融合、商機拓展等,多視角、多方位、多元化思維的分析報告。此個案分析的重點有節目創作企劃、節目製作與行銷、節目策略定位分析及節目製作技術分析等範疇。
在《一家一味》美食節目產製完成後,本研究者認為《一家一味》節目已達成新概念美食節目的成效,並發現影響美食目之內部因素有「如何融合多元文化」、「扶植年輕料理達人」、「培養分眾收視人口」、「節控製播預算經費」、「摸索全方位美食」等;同時也需面對「勘景訪談工作不可或缺」、「收視與任務輕重衡量」、「保有獨特風格」及「營利為企業目的」等外部因素。因此在進行節目創作企劃分析後,除提出節目創作建議,並對美食節目未來的發展梳理出「美食節目與文創產業結合」、「美食節目播送平台多樣化發展」、「美食節目融媒體再生」等多個要項,並將此做為研究成果,俾利對節目產製工作進行關注時有效運用。
現今影視文化環境較過往複雜需要以智慧去突破,本研究者在節目內容創作之外,尋思未來矩陣排列的格局,以及延伸商機的建構,希望能跳脫單純節目創作的窠臼,研討出未來節目內容工作者必須具備的技能。因此本研究者在此論文中,對於美食節目新的企劃及產製技術做了較為深入的剖析,希望野人獻曝、拋磚引玉,提供未來節目創作參考,提升台灣影視產業發展的能量。
The gourmet series A Taste of Home is a TV program that the researcher participated while studying in the research institute. So I decided to write a technical report on this topic. This study explores the initial creativity, interim production, and subsequent marketing aspects of TV program productions to showcase the creation process and production points of the gourmet series A Taste of Home. This analysis report has incorporated content planning, broadcasting platforms, copyright marketing, digital transformation, new media integration, business opportunity expansion, etc., from multiple perspectives, multiple directions, and diversified concepts. The focus of this case analysis includes program creation planning, program production and marketing, program strategic positioning analysis, and program production technical analysis. After the production of gourmet series A Taste of Home has completed, the research believes the program has achieved the new concept effects of gourmet series. The researcher also found the internal factors affecting gourmet programs to include “How to Integrate Multiculturalism,” “Foster Young Culinary Experts,” “Cultivate the Target Audience,” and “Control Broadcasting Budget Expenses.” Meanwhile we must also face the external factors such as “indispensable scene survey interview work,” “weight measurement between ratings and tasks,” “preserving a unique style,” and “the purpose of for-profit enterprises.” Therefore, after analyzing the program creation plan, the researcher has proposed program creation recommendations and organized multiple topics such as “integration of gourmet series with cultural and creative industries,” “diversified development of gourmet series broadcasting platform,” and “fusion of gourmet series with media regeneration.” The research result of this study can help facilitate evaluations for program production operations. The current film and television cultural environment is more complex than the past and requires wisdom to overcome. In addition to program content creation, the research of this study has also contemplated the future matrix arrangement and the framework needed to extend business opportunities. The goal is to overcome the pitfalls of simple program creation and explore the skills that future program content workers must possess. Therefore, the researcher has made a more in-depth analysis in this paper based on the new planning and production technology of gourmet series in hopes to identify the best protocols to serve as reference for future program creation and strengthen the momentum for film and TV industry development in Taiwan.
